Mojitos Cocktails

Reviewed By harrietjayne06 - Manchester, United Kingdom

Me and a friend went for cocktails here (which were some of the nicest we’ve had), the atmosphere was lovely. All the staff were so sweet and attentive. We absolutely will be back to try the rest of the menu! They are following Covid guidelines and are doing table service. We felt very safe and had a great evening. I do recommend pre-booking a table though to make sure you can drink here.

Luck was on ny side today after a long drive from Kent. Foind the Old Post Office Micropub. What a gem! Spent a very enjoyable afternoon in the company of the landlord's son and a number of regulars including a guy called Gary. Stayed longer than I planned to as the beer was in suberb condition and the company fantastic. If you are in the area please pay a visit. You will not be disappointed!!

Pubs like this are a rare sight nowadays, this is a local pub like they used to be. No food, just ale. Great staff and great banter, even if its your first time in the regulars will still have a laugh and a joke with you.

We visited this pub on a Sunday night, after staying with friends in smithy bridge for a short holiday. What an absolute treat,a real traditional pub in a village setting, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, they have a very nice selections of gins. Also I ate some chilli twists which I’ve never tried before and even brought some to take back to Devon with us. We will visit again when we next come up north to visit

The White hart in heywood

Reviewed By cagsy243 - Darlington, United Kingdom

We had a family lunch here & were delightfully impressed with the service & the quality of the food . All staff were friendly, pleasant and super efficient. The surroundings are very welcoming & clean and Covid safety was paramount with hand gel on all tables as well as around the entrance & indoors and track & trace in place . Our meals were delicious I had a sizzling plate of chicken & ribs & my family had fish & chips & fajitas & a child’s meal - really great value for quality food . All in all I would recommend the White Hart
