Small cosy bar in the heart of Nakano, just 3 minutes walk from the station. The staff speak English & the customers are a good mix of Japanese & international people. It is very reasonably priced & has no table charge. The decor is cheerfully eclectic & so are the music choices. There's a small selection of hot food and bar snacks. All food and drink is vegan.
