Braemou Inn

Reviewed By CrombyNPritch - Lossiemouth, United Kingdom

Personally, I am fairly new to the Hopeman area so I obviously still have a lot to experience. However, the Braemou Inn is fast becoming my favourite pub in Moray! I’ve been there a few times now since I began representing the local Football team. On two occasions the atmosphere has been electric - genuinely different level stuff. I’d go as far as saying they were two of my most memorable nights in the last decade! The pub itself has a welcoming atmosphere and the locals / staff are always pleased to see you. The alcohol is reasonably priced and the owners show live Football on the TV too. Although the spread of food was specifically provided for our end of season night on Saturday (I don’t know if it’s a regular thing), I was so impressed with the quantity and quality of it. It was popular with everyone - a lot of effort was clearly given and it didn’t go unnoticed. This is a wonderfully run family pub which serves the community and it’s popularity amongst the locals highlights just how good it is. Looking forward to my next visit already!

The Harbour Bar is a friendly local pub in Buckpool. We are trying our best to keep this pub in the centre of the community. We have live music every Saturday and some jamming sessions twice a month on Sunday , generally the second and last Sunday’s of the month.Local bands are practicing here as well.
