Very good selection of slovak dishes, excellent slovak red wines and also selection of czech and slovak beers. Very friendly girls staff, to advise you on food. Special slovak soup "Kapustnica" or dish "Halušky". Good position neat by Penzion LUKA right on the crossroads to the Vrátná.

We were there twice during the week and we liked the food very much. Fantastic pasta, really good pizza. Good value for money.
The service slightly slow and the opening hours a bit strange for me (13 to 20), but I can still recommend the place to anyone spending holidays in Terchova

This place has an amazing pizza - probably the best I have ever had. The pizza is baked in the old fashioned oven (it takes about 2 mins to bake the pizza). The interior is really nice old-fashioned, very cool. The pizza is just fabulous - hard to explain it, but this is how pizza should look like.
Given aside the Mountains, I am planning to visit Terchova primarily just because of this place. What's more, they are Bruins fans! Absolutely love this place.
I beg you to go here when you are around Terchova!

My family and I have been here many times now and it's something I look forward to every time we're in Terchova. Or to be precise, the barbecued trout is what drags me here with its crispy skin and delicious flavour. Started off with halusky (if you haven't had it before, it's a real treat!) and then the trout. Great service as always, place was packed today and we loitered around for a table outside so we could watch the kids play in the little adventure playground section. With full bellies, nothing beats relaxing in the sun with a cold chalice of Zlaty Bazant and a spectacular view. Great place to be and thoroughly recommend it.

Meat from wild boar was something we were looking for. The hotel restaurant was made in jaeger style. The personnel was very helpful, when picking the food they were able immediately to advise the best choice. And really, the food was exceptional for me. I have chosen medallions from wild boar on boletes with sauerkraut with the side dish - domestic dumpling. The food was served fast. prices were very reasonable - going about 10 EUR per meal in average.

- ambivalent waitress, without deep convern
- sometimes big pressure and long time to meal
- it's difficult to find meals with low amount of fat (names in menu - not helping, also waiter)
Generally: for quick lunch in clear environment with smell of Slovakian trdition it is fine. If you want to taste and to haave experience with Slovak warmth familiarity you are knocking on bad door.
Recommendation: if you not have normal parking place, better is to avoid a visit of this restaurant.

I recommed visiting Vršky brewery as the beer is above average and the overall armosphere of the place is very nice. Meals are very well cooked too. However, it is a bit far from the village and the way there is not well lit.

Obsluze trochu trvalo, než nám přinesla 4 čepované piva, což nám po náročné túře vadilo. Ale za to bylo dobré. Halušky s bryndzou byly parádní.
Venkovní posezení moc hezké a stylové.

This place was shocking. Worst food, worst drinks, worst service. Bryndzove Halusky were diluted with cream. Gave us the worst stomach crumps and diarhea. Also the drink Vinea was brought to the table already in the glass which is unusual, it comes originally in small bottle and in every place they bring you bottle a pour you a drink from it. In this place Vinea came already in the glass and was diluted with water. It was terrible. We went to this place on another occasion and we were waiting about 30min to anyone acknowledge us, but nobody did so we got up and left unnoticed. Never ever again. This place is a disgrace.
