Reviewed By 101erikafRelaxing week spent at the Waridi Beach resort! It is such a nice place to spend your holiday when you need time off from a busy life! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The food is buffet style; healthy, with good quality and variety. The beach is so white that you need sunglasses on! Lots of opportunities for excursions. I would highly recommend it.

Reviewed By smithb1456I stayed there for two weeks while visiting my wife in April 2022 ( she was co-leading a study abroad trip for her University and had been there a whole month before me). It was a awesome place to visit. The staff there was top notch. I didn't have a single bad experience at Kundayo. They made sure that we were as comfortable as possible and treated us well. There are no fans in the rooms or air conditioning, but the cool breezes during the day made it worthwhile. BUT, if you do want a portable fan they do have those and can provide you with one. The food in the restaurant was great as well, but you do have a kitchen to cook your own food. The wifi wasn't working at the time, but you can create your own hotspot( they just opened up back in late February 2022 after Covid shut them down). When you asked to have your clothes they did it right then and there and returned it to you before the end of the day or even sooner. I can't express how much I enjoyed staying there and the views around the place were good as well. I HIGHLY recommend it. P.S. I hear there may be a swimming pool in the future and ceiling fans in the rooms, but that's just what I heard and is not guaranteed. Just what the owner is hoping to do.

Reviewed By nacerddinemI highly recommend the hotel, affordable price, the room I took was spacious with king bed, very clean and white sheets, shower room was so big as well, cold and hot water, I got a small fridge, AC and ventilation, the breakfast is quiet good, omletes fruits and juice. couldn't sleep good on Tuesday neighbour party was on, The staff are professional, very helpful really appreciate there work, they smile at all the time, super friendly (Mohammed specifically), the hotel restaurant is open to the beach, the food is very delicious, various and tasty, seafood or other dishes as I tried chicked veg noodles, some fish grille, u gonna enjoy the drinks here, the dinner is seved at the beach in a calm lovely atmosphere

Each bungalow can accommodate from 1 to 4 guests because there are available 2 double beds. The rooms are very airy because they sit directly on the beach and so they are refreshed by a natural sea breeze.Included in the price: 1- continental breakfast, 2- free wi-fi in the rooms and in the patio, 3- beach beds free in front of the rooms, 4- tickets restaurant to have discounted prices for drinks, dinner and lunch in the best restaurants and bars in Nungwi, 5- taxi service from/to airport at special prices, to ask at the booking, 6- agreement to benefit of all excursions available in Zanzibar at discounted prices 7- agreement with diving center for snorkeling, canoying, jet ski rent, etc... 8- once a week enjoy a light candle dinner, at special price, directly on the beach, the guests will be able to savor the fresh and very good fish like lobster and squil, prawn etc. Included wine, beer, soda 9- half board included 1 drink per person (beer, water, coke etc.) available to ask at the booking

Reviewed By MichaelGFrankfurtLocation: this is the only positiv aspect, it is nearly on the Beach; 1st you habe to pass the local city and the house is embedded in between a Restaurant, Diving Station and Union Appartement House: it are not Bungalows, this are appartements in a bad shape, they need to be refurbished, the only good thing are the wooden beds, bathroom is in a very bad shape Arrival: there was someone on time for handing over the key, but his only aim was to offer us a sunset boat trop; I refused and he got angry and from than on we got no informations any more; you can’t rely on the given informations, they are fake

Awesome swimming with turtles
Reviewed By Camper59562855459I never thought that I could have a swim with the turtles but in Zanzibar, I had a chance to visit the Baraka aquarium and swim with the turtles for the awesome first time, and feeding them was just a lifetime experience. if you visit Zanzibar don't forget to visit this place it's worth it

The location is strategic, close to all village amenities and to a wonderful beach just at few minutes walking. Warm welcome by all staff Ulica,Jessica,Winny and Rama always smily, friendly and available. We met the owner Mr Moreno a very gentleman and genius handyman...many thanks for the amazing time spent together with you and the other beautiful people staying in the other apt (Lara,Elisa). beautiful, silent and well maintained getaway

World class shower (i know about what i am talking about) The view was for us exeptional. 500 meters from the beach. The local community infront and this beauty of coulours from the indian ocean. A lot of common places to relax or even working on the computer. The pool has a very good size, even to have a sporty swim. The flat is very stylish and modern but still with a lot of local influences. Big compliment. The kitchen is basic. For long term stays the kitchen equipment can be more detailed for cook lovers. All our few needs been serviced very nicely by Fazil and his team. We never felt disturbed or over serviced. We could be ourselve. But we also have to say that we had the whole property only for us. What a pleasure and our review is written based on this. We would like to say thanks a lot for this warmly stay. It help us a lot to come down as we wanted to.

Very comfortable place
Reviewed By janehabariNew Avon Apartments is centrally located with several nice restaurants, banks, public transport and sights nearby. It is clean and you really have everything you need furniturewise. Also, a washing machine and hangers are provided and the drying area in front of the window is designed so neither clothes can get lost nor insects can come in. The mattresses could be a bit softer really, but all in all it is a very comfortable apartment hotel – one of the nicest places we stayed at in TZ. A generator in case of power failure is available and the "hot water" really is hot, which cannot be taken for granted in TZ. In New Avon it all works perfectly fine. In addition to good security including CCTV on all hallways, every room is equipped with a safe to store your valuables. The icing on the cake: The rooftop terrace! Osman and the other staff members really walk every extra mile to help you with whatever you need.
