Saadani Park Hotel is located just at the outskirts of Saadani National Park which is in the centre of the historic triangle of Bagamoyo, Pangani and Zanzibar, Saadani National Park covers 1100km square and it is the only national park in the world that meet with the ocean. Saadani Park Hotel is at the historic village of Mkwaja and is set at the coast of the Indian ocean.

Reviewed By LinTinTinThis is a pretty new hotel on the beach. The rooms are lovely - clean, everything works, nice balcony with sea view, no mozzies. I visited on business in early September, so the nights were cool enough to use the blanket and there was a strong wind from the sea. The manager is very professional and the staff are friendly. The food is standard fare - the welcome glass of avocado juice was the only outstanding feature. There's a village a block away to the left (north) on the beach. Easy for organising safaris to Saadani. As a charming detail you have to cross a tidal creek on a small bridge to get from the (guarded) parking lot to the hotel proper. Nice place.

THE PANORI HOTEL RESTAURANT The Newly renovated Makuti Banda is a great place to enjoy a meal outdoors. The Swimming pool on one side and Children's playground on the other side. Indoor entertainment also available such as pool table and wide-screen TV for all your Sports channels. From starter to dessert the Panori Hotel has a restaurant with great cuisine from every corner of the world. Cracker Jack Prawns, Creole Chicken Curry, Kibo Roast Pork (the all time favorite). Seafood Curry, Lobster Thermidor, Chicken Tikka Masala, Swahili Beef Stew and Ugali, Vegetarian Lasagne, Paneer Curry, Fragrant Green Vegetable Curry and much more. One of the best eating places in Tanga. Fully stocked bar, Alcoholic and non-alcoholic Cocktail. Shakes and Smoothies. Reviewed By SabMzeeThe hotel is located in a peaceful and calm environment close to the shore. We came with two kids and spent five nights in a family room, that was ideal for our needs. Everybody was very friendly, and the children quickly felt like home. They also liked the pool and small playground very much. We‘d come back!

Quiet get away
Reviewed By Cindy794Lovely place to stay, ocean view from our balcony. Air conditioner worked well and we slept very comfortable. Easy walking distance to the city center and we appreciated the friendly staff. I would prefer a coffee maker in the room but breakfast starts at 6 am so easy enough to just bring a cup to the room.

CBA HOTEL has 10 fully furnished air conditioned bedrooms. All deluxe rooms and ordinary rooms offer all the comforts you would expect of an international hotel on the East African Coast. All rooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with satellite television, a large writing desk, in-room safe, direct dial international telephone. The bathrooms are all equipped with hairdryers.

Like you would be in a club that plays the music so LOUD that they try to make your ears bleed, and not a hotel. The reception did not tell us that they’ll have huge party at night when we checked in — he absolutely should have told us and then we certainly would NOT have stayed!!! But when we found out, it was already too late to drive to some other town and other place and we had no choice anymore. Absolute disgrace! The owner ”offered” us a 5000 Tsh ”discount” for the inconvenience that we did not get sleep at all, that is more like an insult. Should we known about the huge party and head-blowing noise when checking in we still would have had time to go elsewhere. Absolutely unforgivable behavior not to tell and warn your customers that if you stay you won’t get any nights’ sleep from the ear-blowing ”music”!!! Restaurant serves food that was horrible and worth maybe the 5000/portion and not 14000. Do yourself (and all your friends) a favor AND GO ELSEWHERE! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Nice place if you’d like to stay at a club. If you’d like a hotel and some sleep, you are in the wrong place!!!

It is located very close to the Center of Lushoto but it feels like you are just surrounded by nature. The staff is very polite and helpful and they even gave us back some money when we had to leave earlier than planned. Very kind! There are games to play, so it is a great place for couples and families. The food is very delicious as well! I 100% recommend you staying there!

Reviewed By Suf KIt's a beautiful place. David brought us and dropped us from the bus station. We spend there one week and a half, for working and a bit traveling. It was not strong wi-fi and it was not allowed to use Netflix and YouTube because he use sim card to charge his wifi (which was a bit strange comparing for the price we were paying for the room). The breakfast was included and it was nice. The staff and his wife were very kind. The room was very expensive for us and also the dinner, so instead, David offered us to use the kitchen, and in exchange for that, you need to pay money for using the gas in the kitchen. 1 dollar per day. Most of the time, there was a problem with the shower, and it was hard. For us it was not the most successful week as we expected, but this place has a lot of potential.
