WOULD highly recommend Mr. KARAN Ramnani restaurant Manager the only efficient guy who was trying his best to give all the possible services and making a point that is staff does the same. He made us the most comfortable at the hotel and make us feel at ease. Very Kind man willing to know what changes the hotel needs to make for future.

Reviewed By akav1324As a group of friends, we had a lovely week-long stay at Bundela. Abhishek was very helpful and prompt in catering to all our needs and requests. He played a key role in ensuring our stay was smooth and comfortable and enhanced the overall quality of our time there. We enjoyed our conversations with Anil who would always greet us with a jovial smile and make time to talk to guests. The hotel is nicely located and all the staff members were very polite and hospitable.

All luxurious cottages blend beautifully with the environment with private sitouts and hammocks. The majestic looking dining hall overlooks a private lake that offers ample opportunities of bird watching, sun bathing or spending a lazy afternoon reading a book. Jungle safari, Bird watching, Elephant safari tribal dance, fishing, barbeque dinner are the highlights of the stay.
A very natural experience
Reviewed By meghna sA place of natural beauty and care. Being a solo traveller, i never felt more at home. There were insects and other small creatures in the room. I would advise for some more cleanliness. Mr Bhajji, one who is incharge of dining took great care too. Food was very good and tasted like home cooked meals. Mr Mukesh who is incharge there took care of everything like safaris,pick up and drops and any small request was taken care of. A man made reservoir for the birds shows the sensitivity for conservation. There itself i sighted many birds. I would recommend this place to any nature lover and is not highly disturbed by insects. If you are in the midst of the forest, one has to pass these. I was really sad leaving the resort and would advise people to go for it. It is not a verry luxury stay, having said that, the resort was full at all times of my three nights visit. I hope the resort can maintain this,and does not destroy it's ambience with loud music. A little more cleanliness would be appreciated.. Overall a fabulous experience.

Great property and helpful staff. The property was well maintained, clean and indeed a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a visit to the jungle. Abhishekh was a great help in coordinating the safari and facilitating the stay

Reviewed By MountainloverKolkataWe stayed in Wild Haven Resort for 3 days in December 2019. Room is spacious. However, furnishing, bathroom fixtures need major overhaul. Food was tasty and served hot. Staff is young and hard working. Restaurant is far from your room. There is lights fitted on the pathway. Most of them are non functional. For young people it is okay but for elderly people it can be risky at night. Overall we had a good stay. In winter when you are going for safari ask for safari blanket. When we went on first morning safari, we were not aware that hotel will provide you with safari blanket. In the safari we saw other tourist with blanket, they informed that hotel has provided them. For next 3 safari we asked for blanket and it was provided. They are not very warm but will give you some protection from cold wind. Hotel is coming up with new property hence this seems to be neglected. I will give average rating for stay. Hotel will provide bonfire at additional cost of Rs 400/- per bonfire.

Tiger’s Villa Resort at Bandhavgarh National Park is a luxury wildlife resort which is spacious, clean, hygienic and best modern amenities. The beautiful view from the rooms which are surrounded by beautiful garden. The resort is by no means small it encompasses a large area with forest as surroundings.
Nice place poorly maintained
Reviewed By fanofmthe only thing going for this place is the location which is 5 min walk from Tala Gate, which is not a huge advantage as the gypsy will come to pick you up for safari at any hotel you stay at. the resort has a huge lawn which is good to relax and chill out, however rooms are a big let down, TV's dont work, mattresses are not clean and super uncomfortable. first room we got the flush was broken, however the room was changed next day. no hot water supply in rooms we were given a electric rod to heat water which took hours and was super putoff as we had a kid and it was dangerous with a electric rod hanging. the the staff is polite and try to make your stay comfortable, however the owners do not maintain the property. I would suggest not to stay here as many other properties at budget are available with much better facilities.

Good hotel with amazing staff

The drivers are top level, very knowledgeable and showing respect for the animals , and the staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. We have visited the place before and was met by a new dining building this time. It was nice, roomy and had a lot of space. They catered to every needs, as one in the group could not eat spicy food. He still enjoyed the stay and had new dishes served every day. Another highlight was the banana/chocolate milkshakes we ordered every day after our safaries.. Yummy!
