The worst Resort ever
Reviewed By AsafDPSThis Resort is in the middle of no where, and it was the worst Resort we've ever stayed at!! They treated us like prisoners!! Do you imagine that? We booked 3 nights, but after the 1st night we had to leave the country for a medical reason because my wife had to see her Doctor ASAP! but the Resort Manager refused to let us leave without signing a refund disclaimer!! And he wasted our time ( approx 3 hours) trying to force us to sign!! The taxi driver who works in the resort refused to take us to the airport because the manager wasn't satisfied! We booked another taxi , then the Manager came again while we were inside the taxi and opened the door trying to force us to sign !! When I get mad and asked him to go away of the taxi !! His security guys and his friends from the street gathered around the taxi and took the taxi driver keys and turned of the taxi engine and force him not to leave with us!! Once they realised that My wife took videos of that, they stand back and finally we had a chance to leave this so called a Resort!! DO NOT GO THERE.

Scary and run down... DISSAPOINED and SAD

On the way to our room it's dark and it felt like I was in that movie "hostel" but when we got to the room "wow" everything beautiful with the the most amazing bath that leaks and has no hot water... this place is crap there is no other words...

Reviewed By MareeyaP1By the Sri panwa brand everything should be perfect but it was not as we deserve. We booked the room: Baba Pool Suite Ocean View but we didn't see any ocean views from our room. We booked airport transfer service from the hotel (the price is more then double of local taxi service), we got baby seat with is not suitable for humans: old, broken and dirty. Luckily the staff was nice and helpful.

Amazing hotel but extremely remote
Reviewed By P7258VSsarahmThis is an honest review of the hotel as it stand in March 2022. The hotel and facilities are beautiful but there are a few factors that need to be taken account, hence the 3 stars: * Location is extremely remote - hour in taxi to get to somewhere more lively. There is a nice wee cafe down the road but other than that, you have to travel to get to any other bars, restaurants and shops * Hotel will charge 7000THB for a return journey to the likes of patong or Phuket town which is a bit of a rip off when there is a small taxi rank just outside of the hotel and they charge around 2500 THB return trip. The drivers are all lovely and waited for as long as we needed them too. * Aware of the covid situation but the hotel isn’t running to its full capacity - one of the pools is unused, no pool bar, gym had to be asked to be opened, spa you have to prebook treatments to get therapists in * Staff are great, especially Kent. I would say, in general, some of the staffs English isn’t the best but they do get by. * Lots of bugs! We have been eaten alive here but it is Very jungly! Be aware of lot of flying beetles, mozzies and flies. They do fumigate the facilities a few times a week but the pests are quite bad. * Rooster makes a lot of noise in the morning, be aware if you like to sleep in - you won’t get much of a lie in. * Not a lot of sun beds - might be a concern when the hotel is full. * Lack of food & drinks choice - menu isn’t very big so not a lot of traditional Thai or classic hotel menu options - this may be due to covid and reduced staffing but the menus were really disappointing (and expensive). Happy hour 5-7pm but not a lot of choice *The reception area (which includes the pool, beach and restaurants) and living areas are separated by a road - it takes a couple of minutes to go from your room to the pool. What does need to be celebrated and acknowledged is that: * Hotel is beautiful and so is the surroundings, the beach is lovely! * Rooms are very spacious. *Animals on site - turtles, fish, rabbit which is a nice addition * the beds are huge! * staff are all very friendly

A great visit
Reviewed By Isabel DHad a really enjoyable couple of days here. Beautiful complex and we stayed in the poolside Villa which had a TV, shower room and outdoor bath. The people were so friendly and provided great hospitality- offering us towels and cooking an excellent Thai dinner and breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again. :)

The food is not expensive staff are friendly , we had great memories stay 2 nights they have activities boat tour by local longtail boat to James bond island .

Our Residence comprise of three absolute beach front villas and an amazing Penthouse. Iniala Beach House is just a 20 minute drive from Phuket International Airport, but a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of the island. Your Iniala experience starts the moment you land. After touchdown you will be greeted at the gate and whisked through immigration and into our luxury vehicle where your personal butler will offer you a glass of champagne as you kick back and relax.
Nice, but nothing special
Reviewed By 2019JKThis complex has only 3 beachfront villas (each of them 3 bedrooms), 1 penthouse and 2 suites. We spent 4 nights in suite which is very modern with separate living room, bedroom and rooftop terrace with small swimming pool. Breakfast is served in your suite or villa from a la carte menu. Apart of accommodation there is only small kid’s club, gym and fine dining restaurant: open from tuesday to saturday evening. On the beach you can find comfortable sun beds with umbrellas. All 3 villas have special design, but if you travel as a couple and don’t want to pay for 3 bedrooms villa, you will and up in suite which is nice and spacious, but no big difference from other 5 stars hotels = price of suite is due to this fact little bit overpriced.

A Well-needed break from COVID
Reviewed By AdventravlerSituation: a quick getaway for a family of 10 during a lull in COVID. Arrival/Departure- arranged and included from Phuket Airport. Nice van- short 30m drive north, away from the madness of the island. The Villa- Stunning- Very well designed, appointed and laid out. Great to get everyone together and many places to relax, hideout and be separate. 5 bedrooms are spread across 2 levels and 2 wings of the villa. The Grounds- Outdoor is excellent as well. Nice pool, bar, seating, lounge chairs and many water sports equipment included. Wonderful beach, even at high tide. Great body/boogy board surfing as well (for good swimmers). Food- We were the 1st customers in 3 months and the selection was limited but they did a good job. Good mix of Asian/Thai and Western selections. The prices are competitive for the west but expensive locally. Once restaurants fully reopen, if you want Thai or seafood, you can get locally delivered for about half the price. If budget isn't an issue, order from the Villa kitchen. Service- Very attentive and pleasant. You simply use the supplied Ipad to message directly them for whatever you want and they will promptly respond. They even quickly replaced our refrigerator when the freezer went out. Other: The massage service was excellent, prices reasonable and, of course, the Villa has a massage room in it so you don't have to leave your place. Overall Daniel, Nuch and the team were excellent from the time we booked to the time we left. By all means, go here!
