We waited more than half hour on Sunday afternoon, but once we were seated, the service was prompt, food was excellent. I ordered Gyoza soup curry. Gyoza was bigger than most of Chinese restaurant. Crispy outside, juicy inside. I barely finished my meal. Dessert selection was pretty good for curry shop. Fran was a die-for. I recommend Yuzu Lassi.
Yummy cheese cake, too!

The curry soup of their noodle is one of the kind which you wouldn't want to forget once you tasted it. There are so many repeaters to Yoshimune even from Toyama city and Kanazawa city. You can ask extra amount of welsh onion for free. You can also order double portion but it is hard to finish the bowl unless you are really hungry. If you are curry sauce connoisseur you can sense crushed and melted peanuts in its rich tastes. Yoshimune is a noodle restaurant and you can order all kinds of noodle bowls, However almost everyone orders the curry noodle. Every time I have a chance to take my non-Japanese guests for something to eat, I would chose Yoshimune because I want them to taste and talk about this thick curry sauce with Japanese noodle. My American friend from Virginia especially loved it perhaps it has a lot of peanuts in the soup although he didn't sense them. If you never taste the Yoshimune's curry noodle, you can't say you know the curry noodles at all.

In a small street, you will find this typical japanese restaurant. This restaurant has 6-8 seats. Very small place. The food is perfect, very nice fresh fishes.
Service is very nice. Very polite. The cooker prepare food in front of you and reduce if needed the amount of natural wasabi ;)
You can taste different sake .
Quality is there. Price, not cheap.
I recommend this place :)
We can pay by credit card.

ブラックではないのですが、黒いスープです。濃いめの味付け。ちぢれ麺に絡んで美味い。県外からの客もあるそうです。高岡の人気のラーメン店。

海鮮は絶品、親方も明るく元気がいい
お勧めは紅ずわいカニ
刺身焼魚何でもいけるすり身揚げも捨てがたい

北陸の石川県、富山県に６店舗を展開する回転ずしチェーンのお店です。地元の氷見港、金沢港からの直送を売りにしているようで、東京では聞いたことのない魚が多いです。握り自体も大振りで食べごたえがありますが、値段もそこそこします。混んでいる時間を外して土曜日の午後２時に行ったのですが、地元の家族連れでまだまだ混雑しており、店内で１５分ほど待ちました。２時半か３時ごろにようやく空いてきました。肝心の寿司は期待以上のもので北陸の回転寿司のレベルの高さを実感しました。

高岡にこんなにも素晴らしい居酒屋があったことに驚いた。一応口コミを読み人気が高かったのでＷＥＢ．予約をして行った。高岡駅から徒歩５分程度、カウンター・小上がりと2階があった。味・サービス・コスパ・器 どれをとっても非常にレベルが高く大満足の居酒屋であった。
１．料理．．．とにかくどれを頼んでも美味しい。造り盛り合わせは
これで1,340円と思えるくらい新鮮で中身が濃かった。
ブリ・サバ・白エビ他ネタが新鮮で非常に美味しかった。
若竹煮これが絶品で添えられていた【塩麹】がめちゃ美味しかっ た。釜揚げホタルイカもグッド。
２．サービス．．．ご主人がサービスにまわって全体を見て対応して
いるので目配り・気配りが素晴らしかった。
カウンターチーフも目配り抜群で客を退屈させない気配りがあった。
高岡で人気２店の内の他の一軒（Ｈ）にも翌日行ったが、そちらは女将が客をさばく感じでとても感じ悪く、【たかまさ】の素晴らしさを一層感じた。高岡再訪問の際は必ず訪問する。予約のない客は皆断られていたので予約必至です。（ＷＥＢ．で予約可。）カード利用可であった。

高岡来訪の際の楽しみの一つとなっています。
過去には予算1人２万円のコースで利用しましたが、今回は1人１万円で。
内容は刺身盛り合わせ、さわら焼き物、茶碗蒸し、のれそれ、カニ（香箱のような）、カニ足肉、氷見うどん、いちご（何か忘れている気もしますが）と兎に角盛りだくさんでした！食事が出てくるテンポもよく好きです。
日本酒がスイスイ進みます。
店主が気さくな方であることも余所者にとっては非常に和むポイントです。
勝駒の新酒が出た頃にまた行きたいなと思います。
（ちなみに２万円のコースはもう食べきれない量の山海のご馳走がこれでもかとものすごい量で出てきます。お腹パンパンになった頃合いに鰤しゃぶが出てきたときにはかなり驚きました。）
