Ivano-Frankivs’ka oblast’; also referred to as Prykarpattia – Ukrainian: Прикарпаття or formerly as Stanislavshchyna or Stanislavivshchyna – Ukrainian: Станіславщина or Станиславівщина) is an oblast (region) in western Ukraine.
