Badly maintained hotel with no apparent housekeeping
Reviewed By uzyn11ixiPhotos do not tally with reality. Rooms are really dirty as if there is no housekeeping or daily cleaning done. Dust can be found on desk and cupboard surfaces. Some corners of the rooms have dirt accumulating over years. Some lights are not working causing the room to be dimly lit. Bathrooms are badly designed, potentially causing a slippery and wet floor - accidents will happen for careless occupants e.g. children or senior-citizens. Front desk staff are curt in responses when information given by himself before was wrong. Lifts provided are clearly not enough to cater for a hotel this size and not to mention the EXTREMELY SLOW lifts.

Worst hotel experience in recent memory
Reviewed By theboutiquetravellerThere were so many problems with my 5-night stay I don't know where to begin. They are best summarised by 2 main points- 1) Poor cleanliness of the general areas, but especially of the bedroom. There were stains on all the pillow cases and duvet cover, all of which did not looked or smelled like they were freshly laundered. There were long strands of hair on the bed and under the duvet (I have very short hair, hence not mine). All of the above makes me suspect they don't change the sheets between guests. My room was only refreshed once, on the third day. In-room safe was broken which meant I had to haul all my valuables out with me everyday. 2) The staff were apathetic and could not care less. 4 of the 5 nights, there was loud noise into the early hours of the morning (combination of someone watching videos/listening to music and people talking loudly) from the reception area and rooftop which reverberates through the 2 internal lightwell, which in turn reverberates through most of the rooms. I had to yell at them to keep it down on 2 nights (which did not really help!). The worst part is, the culprits were probably staff members hanging out with their mates.

Reviewed By carynjen13Got a very good price via Traveloka. Plenty of street parking in front of the hotel. I feel the bathroom is bigger than the room but not a big deal. I feel the bed is comfy, and I like the space above the sink to put all my toiletries. After i checked out I receive a call from the hotel that I accidentally left one bag behind. Thankfully they called me else I have to replace those clothes :)

Reviewed By Nuwa90I chose this hotel as this is the only hotel with affordable price for my 1 night stay. Walking distance to nearby Giants Hypermarket, Decathlon & Mamak Restaurant. First come first serve parking but there are many available parking especially at night. Room was OK. I don't mind much about the furniture or the decoration. Aircond OK, Heater OK, TV OK everything seems comfortable for me. I would recommend to stay at this hotel for short term period as for me the room was comfortable.

It's a decent birthday staycation
Reviewed By 3natheae1I do find this hotel very comfortable, the cleanliness are in tiptop condition, facilities are good and I particularly love the Jacuzzi tub it's pretty much user friendly. I did use a bath bomb and some shower gel for bubbles, very soothing. Also, thanks to the girl during the check-in process. Super friendly, efficient, fast, helpful and practices good customer service. There's not much thing that i don't like about the hotel but I find it tad weird that the guy receptionist purposely dodges questions by answering with "oh saya tak tahu (I don't know)" or he really isn't aware of the general things he should probably know about the hotel.

Clean room with lousy breakfast
Reviewed By elisa gThe room was clean, toilet amenities such as toothbrush and shower cap are provided. Water pressure was good and aircon was excellent. Extra pillow is chargeable at RM10 each. 2 bottled water provided complementary. We asked the cafe worker for the complimentary breakfast option, he responded wtih nasilemak and meehoon goreng; coffee and tea are free flow from the dispenser. The coffee and tea were luke warm and tasteless; meehoon and nasi lemak were very cold. We saw the menu listed on the board and ordered another set of breakfast that consists of croissant, americano and half/softboiled which we asked for softboiled. At the same time, the worker then informed that our nasilemak set also comes with the same option of eggs, I wonder why didn't he informed earlier. The coffee were freshly brewed but nothing near to being good, croissant was hard and we were served with half boiled eggs instead of the softboiled we requested and what made it worse was they were not even half boiled, more like 1/4 boiled, not forgetting there were chicken dropping stuck on the egg when served. For the price paid (RM103), the room is satisfactory. Keep your stomach for other food nearby. Don't miss the famous Warung Opah nasi lemak right next to it at the corner.

Bad Experience
Reviewed By LacLemanCHCheck in this hotel in June for one night stay. The hotel and rooms were run down and seems no maintenance job has been carried out. The room was big but dirty and dusty. Hotel management should clean up the rooms and corridor even the lifts before accepting booking. The breakfast served was terrible and no replenishment. When the item inside the menu finished, the kitchen just replaced with Fish Ball??? Paid a hotel buffet but having fish ball as breakfast. Cups and water glasses were not enough and replaced with paper soup cup and paper cup. What type of hotel is this ? Absolutely no service at all. After the lock down and when starting the business again, please check and ensure the facilities are clean and ready for business.
