Stopped here hoping to find a decent latte. I ordered a latte with sugar since they have no flavors. I also ordered it to go thinking we might sit for just awhile before we continued our walk. Anyway, the coffee wasn't bad but far from what I'm used to in the USA plus the cup which I paid 4.50 euros was only about 8 ounces and only half full. My wife insisted I ask for a full cup which I didn't\, not wanting to be an "ugly tourist," and then almost immediately we were asked to leave in a rather rude fashion since we'd ordered it to go. Fortunately this was the only bad experience we had in any cafe on the island. Anyway, I wished I had read the many other negative reviews here as it would have saved us from a negative experience.

The view of this place is great as almost any bar in the area. The ambience is out of date. We ordered a Caesar salad which was tasteful and cocktails that were also ok. It wasnât something extremely special but also there wasnât something bad! The staff was friendly but it needs training !!!

I only used Tramonto as a comfortable place for drinks and to watch the sunset from. The overall rating is because it did not serve either of my preferred [mainstream] Greek beers and you are definitely paying for the location.The food that I saw other people having was probably better value than the drinks - as I noted that the wine drunk at the adjoining table seemed particularly expensive.

Having visited Santorini many times I can now say that Avra Restaurant which is located by the pool inside Myst boutique hotel is one of the nicest on the island.
