Downgraded Service of Anaya and Fort Raichak
Reviewed By 844adityapVery poor guest service. We were denied basic pool amenities. Even through the rooms were vacant, we were denied our preferred room location. Staffs are not at all cordial. Breakfast served was very basic and not at all up to the mark. Would not recommend Anaya or Fort to anyone.

Reviewed By Anshuman JStayed in H81, H91 & H92 Ffort Suites. The food was arranged at the restaurant for Ffort Suites. Since the property is within Ffort Radissons, we are allowed to visit Ganga Kutir/Ffort Radissons also. Food could be ordered at room also. Parking area was also there near our Rooms. There was a kids play area, but it was dirty. There was a single washroom in the room, with two doors. Overall rooms were good, specially the living room.

Mesmerising Ganga
Reviewed By tushar29My wife & me decided to chill out after our elder son's wedding. We started exploring various places on net with a rider that travel time should be short & sweet. We homed on Ganga Kutir, Raichak which is around 60 Kms from Kolkata towards south. We drove down on 22 Apr 2019 after breakfast, enroute we enjoyed tea with sumptuous hot singara(bengali samosa) ahead of Amtala & reached the resort around 1230h after a cool drive! Check in was smooth. Duplex room beside the pool was lovely. Well kept room with good amenities. Room service & restaurant service was excellent. Spent next three days in total bliss with early morning walk on the banks of the Ganges seeing fishermen coming back with their catches, reading newspaper outdoor, reading various books in their well stocked & designed library, swimming in the room pool/infinity pool during sunset..just too good...they have a well stocked bar with a lovely view of the Ganges at 1st floor Overall stay was very comfortable with friendly staff & ofcourse the ever smiling Resort Manager. It was value for money. Booked through booking.com.All the tiredness of wedding preparations just vanished!!

Beautiful property and rooms! A great place to relax
Reviewed By sd0505The river view is beautiful and the rooms were also very nice. The food at both Reflections and Ganga Kutir was amazing, and the restaurant staff was extremely courteous. However, the reception staff was not that polite. Additionally, the drive to the resort was quite unpleasant and tedious as google showed the wrong route. Unfortunately, the Bengali restaurant, Sonar Tori was closed during our visit. During my visit, the resort provided the buggy ride to the Ffort only once and refused to provide it twice which was quite disakppointing. Overall, it was a satisfying weekend getaway, far from the hustle of the city

Reviewed By VA1121Classy Deluxe Rooms! Well maintained. The entire team at property was very prompt and actively available to take care of our needs. The food served was amazingly cooked, the portions were generous, reminded us of Home away from Home. Would recommend this property during weekdays too as its very silent and serene.

The location of the hotel was just near to the ferry⛴ ghat approx 30 seconds only....... Their resort is just amazing........ Full of greenery around.......... The rooms are well maintained............ Food is just awesome....... The taste and specifically the variety n quantity just fabulous........the staffs are so warm and welcoming. Specially Mr Chinmoy Mukherjee ( manager) Monoranjan Sarkar from F&b was very courteous and polite. They took care of our smallest of needs and tried to fullfil it......... Last but not the least cheers? to the owner and Special Thanks? to Mr Srinivas Rambothu is truly a gem of a person and the man behind our such a wonderful and memorable trip..... ? Well maintained property , it has a lof of facilities like gym , play areas both indoor and outdoor , an excellent swimming pool. Food is excellent. They orga ised our safari to the mangrove forest , it was simply superb. They have thier own luxury boat and naturalist also. In short its the most luxurios resort in sundarabans area and worth visiting

Amazing experience, beautiful resort
Reviewed By IshaBtraVelsWe planned a vacation to Sunderbans with friends and family and chose to stay at this resort. It is located in jharkali and is reachable by road from Kolkata. The experience was really good. We stayed in cottages which were comfortable and clean. The staff is really helpful and attentive. What stood out was, Sunderban being a remote area, some food items are not always readily available, however the staff never said no and tried their best to procure and cook delicious meals for us. We highly appreciated this gesture. Other than that the lawn and overall decor of the resort is picturesque. It is located very near to the jetty (10 mins by toto). Our stay at this resort away from the humdum of the city was very peaceful and satisfactory, and we would surely plan a visit again.
