This place is beautiful and full of surprises
Reviewed By ellaieuI stayed with my Mom in the indigo room ,for the FAOT 2020 , and we were excited to stay at Puerta Roja because of the beautiful rooms and privacy they offer, but I'm speechless less after the experience not only its a beautiful place with delicious food, excellent accommodations, but they make you feel welcome all the time with Good Morning coffe by your door every morning, Good night cookie and milk at night by your door, Bacanora in your room , well I can keep writing all the little things they do that make your stay perfect, I reccomend it to anyone planning on staying in Alamos that want some private, quiet and unique experience.

Disappointing rooms in a great location
Reviewed By motohighDon't take that 3-rating at face value. The rooms rate 1 or 2 at best but the property sits around at the public entrance to Miramar Beach. That location brings up the overall rating. The rooms are economy to the extreme. Manageable beds but barely. Poor lighting. TV has no cable so you rely on rabbit ears. In our room, the only way to get a cross breeze was to leave open a window without a screen. But the A/C worked great. In the bathroom, the toilet could be accessed only sidesaddle. No WiFi, fridge or microwave. Minimal communication from family-staff and reception was often unmanned. As we checked out we noticed a walkway to the property's oceanfront terrace, and wondered if that was for guest use or reserved for the resident family (whose quarters fronted that terrace). Nobody ever mentioned it to us one way or another. And then there is that beach on that beautiful cove. If your weekend is beach beach beach, consider this hotel. If you have any other purpose, look elsewhere. Beware of music being played from cars parked along the water ALL NIGHT. Bonus: They allow dogs in the room

Nice place right in the entertainment district
Reviewed By anodesNice place overall, very helpful staff right in the mix of the entertainment business. The area has a lot of hawkers that parade up and down the street but the staff at the property keep them off the premises. The higher up your room is the better the view of the ocean.

The price was reasonable and it met all of our expectations. / Fuimos a visitar con unos amigos en Huata, quisimos un lugar seguro, limpio y de buen precio. It's a simple place, nothing fancy, but the room was clean and comfortable. (There was a spot on the sheets that we saw next morning, honestly not sure if it was a stain or something fresh but, since we had slept on it, as Hillary Clinton said, "What difference, at this point, does it make?") / Nada de lujo, pero limpio y cómodo. (En la mañana vimos alguna mancha en la sábana, pero como ya habíamos dormido en la cama, no nos fijamos en lo que era.) The hotel is on the high street, close to a couple of Oxxo stores, some restaurants and the plaza principal. It has safe parking inside the complex through a corridor that can be monitored from the office. There is a security video system monitoring the premises. / Está en una calle principal, cerca de dos tiendas Oxxo, unos restaurantes y la plaza principal. Hay estacionamiento y video de seguridad en el local.

Reviewed By carlos alberto fen lugar muy bueno, tiene sus detalles ya quees una especie de hacienda, la habitaciones con los colchones un pco duros, tal vez una colchoneta los mejorara, otro punto que que la puerta deja entrar mucha luz de los faroles de fuera, em lopersonal nos gusta mas la obscuridad, y que hubi mucho ruido temprano en la mañana, haciendo imposible levantarte un poco tarde. faltaun como mas de atencion en las aamenidades como Shampoo, y una de lass toallass estab percuidida, dentro de lo buenio, la localizcion a 10 minutos de mercado y plaza de armas, el personbal aunque muy sencillo estuvi al pencdiente y apoyo nuestras necesidades, le cafe delicioso, cre que cuando se termine de hacer la construcicon frente a la alberca quedara muy bien y sera mas acogedor, definituvamente SI QUEDAMOS con el gusto y la posobilidad de volver

El sitio más conveniente para hospedarse en Puerto Libertad
Reviewed By Lorax1Puerto Libertad es una localidad pequeña y sus principales actividades económicas tienen que ver con la pesca y con la Central Eléctrica de CFE. Al no ser un lugar con mucha actividad turística, hay pocas opciones de hospedaje. El hotel Libertad es el más cómodo y conveniente para el viajero. El hotel cuenta con aire acondicionado, agua caliente e internet inalámbrico. En resumen, cuenta con las comodidades necesarias. El personal es muy amable.
