A boutique hotel located in one of the best prime central area of Songkhla, Thailand. LOCATION: The hotel is decorated with a unique style and has grown with a focus on fine living, where the location give the most accessibility throughout Songkhla either the most popular Samila Beach or the busiest street food (walking distance of 10 mins and 2 mins respectively). ACCOMMODATION: The hotel consists of 80 guest rooms and suites. The hotel is designed for both short and long stay combination on the fine living atmosphere. There are 4 room types to most accommodate your stay, by follow: Club Standard, Club Superior, Club Suite and Club Family. Our facilities include buffet breakfast, dining room, courtyard, terrace in every room, 24 hours lobby service as well as room service and transportation. Airport pick up is available upon request.
Disappointing
Reviewed By HenryandirisWe stayed here in March 2022 - it was not a great experience. Reception staff were a mixed bag, some very helpful, others indifferent or downright contemptuous. I would recommend obtaining receipts for anything you pay for, as when the reception staff change shift things like breakfast or taxi bookings are poorly recorded. We were met twice with an insistence that we had not paid for something when we had - this leads to a mistrusting atmosphere that does not appear to have been the experience of Thai reviewers of this hotel on tripadvisor. The room was badly maintained, ac was barely cold, it was a struggle to slide open the shower door because the runners were broken, lighting is basic and inadequate. Housekeeping did not come and we had to request them to come and replace towels etc. Breakfast was adequate. The corridors of the hotel were full of dirty plates of room service food that had not been cleaned away, which was pretty gross. The hotel is situated on an extremely busy road with no proper pavements which felt dangerous walking along especially at night. There are a lot of food places nearby but this adds to the traffic mayhem with kids on mopeds zooming in and out, I'm used to traffic in Thailand but this felt really hectic. I would recommend skipping this place and staying in the old town if possible which was quieter at night when we were there.

Reviewed By Joschua FSehr schönes kleines Ressort direkt am Stadtrand! Nettes Personal und super günstig! Optimal für einen Zwischenstopp in Hat Yai. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Handtücher, Seife, Bettwäsche usw. Alles frisch! Nettes Ambiente noch dazu!

Neat & nice hotel!
Reviewed By meisiaIt’s a neat & nice hotel with a simple basic buffet breakfast with friendly, helpful English speaking staffs. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. It’s a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. It’s a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market and 7-11 is just 3 mins away on the same road on the left side of the hotel. Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel & around it. There is a nice noodle shop diagonally opposite the hotel which is open from 6am-6pm. A tiny version of Big C supermart is the opposite direction at the New Season Hotel junction when walking right towards Lee Garden. We stayed 2 nights & returned for another 2 nights after our Songkla & Khanom trip and it was a pleasant stay! ?

Reviewed By Brian888KLWe have booked this place 3 month before arrive 9 th Feb 2019 and the most interesting part was this house was really clean and comfortable to stayed for my family holiday during Chinese nEw Year 2018 The overall this room have three bedroom and can put up to Maximum 10 person with full facilities such like kitchen utensils,microwave and washing machine and TV Box and free internet access The location as below mention : - 1.The containers shop open 11.00-23.00 (walk 3 min from house)...it have coffee,cake,food 2.GreenWay Night Market open 17.00-22.00(walk 15 min from house)...it have food,cloths,souvenir 3.7-11 convenience store(walk 15 min from house) The place near S1 sansuk ...0.7 km to Green Way Night Market ,7-11 store ...1.6 km to Tesco Lotus ...1.8 km to Asean Night Bazaar ...1.9 km to Makro ...2.1 km to Central festival ...2.3 km to Ama Dim Sum ...2.7 km to Kai Tod Decha chicken ...3.1 km to Kan Eng restaurant ...3.7 km to Leegaden plaza ...6.2 km to King bhumipol temple(Je De stainless ) ...6.5 km to Hatyai park. I will strongly recommend to anyone who come with family and need big house to stayed ,Please come this place and the service staff really amazing and accommodate us from beginning till our check out date .I will give 5 star ratings to this place

If you are looking for a pleasant accommodation surrounded by nature, pattern, peaceful and ideal for relaxing PP RESORT is the best answer. With its central Hat Yai RadUthit Road (District 8), which is filled with attractions. And entertainment venues such as Phu-khao-Thong Pub ,Sotus Pub and 100 meters for Soi 34 RadUthit Road The resort features 25 cozy rooms at affordable rooms! Equipped with modern appliances. It is also easy to travel to Hat Yai International Airport. And to provide high speed internet access without charge to the lack of work or contact. Friends in the era of communication is necessary. Do not forget to use the PP RESORT with us.
Far from everything
Reviewed By derijderOn trivago we found the place and it said " near to centre". but it is not. 5.7 km from Lee Gardens. No bus stop around, no restaurants around that open in the evening, still nobody speaks English, staff to lazy to help. Arcon was broken an the wifi did not reach the room, after complaints, what is very hard because they don't speak English. One came to the room said " check loom" and left yes we did check.. so we went again to the reception and the ladies where again sleeping on the floor. There we found out that check must be change... We got an other room. After that we found out what kind of "hotel" this is. There are mirrors everywhere, condoms for free, a pornchannel and we even found an empty Viagra strip. Did they clean the room because we found it on a easy to see spot. If you want to visit the city don't go there. For a "one Night stand" ok. But remember, no English, no transport, no food, bad wifi and a realy lazy staff. I feel realy sorry that i booked there. It looks cheap but with the extra Grab costs it is expensive.

One of worse hotel that can be found
Reviewed By sanjaynathanFilthy and Useless hotel. Dirty bedsheets, dirty& damaged bathroom, no locks for main room. Only good thing is the air-conditioning works well and the staffs are very helpful. The location also quite far from the main location. My advice is avoid this room at any cause.
