Reviewed By oldtraveller110Had a great stay at this Hotel. It has a lot of charm, friendly staff. view from the rooms (at least from the ones I saw) is great, just Mountains. The food is good. Breakfast is included. Has WiFi and a nice indoor pool/spa area. It is within 50 meters of a ski lift. The village of Folgarida itself offers not much other than many hotels and great surroundings for skiing and hiking. There is one store, the Bazaar Folgarida that sells souvenirs, postcards, cigarettes and some local art.

Reviewed By Piotr ZWe stayed there 5 nights in February. Nice, clean room, very good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Not far from Folgarida ski lift, also offered free ski bus. Ski equipment storage with ski boots heaters. We really appreciated free steam room and sauna. In small quiet town, we like. Reasonable price.

Good base for hiking/cycling holiday
Reviewed By sistersonholsVery much a family-run hotel with genuinely kind & helpful staff for whom nothing is too much trouble The place was very clean and the location is great for hiking & mountain biking. We took the half-board option and every evening had a choice of starters, main courses & desserts; all home-cooked, hearty fare which was just perfect after an active day in the mountains. The rooms were varied; the quadruple and triple we had were very spacious whereas the twin bedded double was narrow, with the beds placed headboard against headboard as they didn't fit side by side. Nevertheless, all the beds were comfortable with good mattresses and the other furnishings were simple but adequate. The only thing that we found uncomfortable were the showers; the cubicles are small and the water supply rather weak and erratic at peak times. Most of the clients were families, and the fact that under 13s pay half price make this hotel an attractive option for families with younger kids. Our kids enjoyed playing table football and ping-pong outside in the garden and both the bar & garden were handy for an evening drink. (The bar area also has wifi). Thanks to Lara & her husband for their great hospitality!

3 star hotel, recently renovated suited to modern tourist requirements, alpine style is family-run and professional, our restaurant is very nice with local and national dishes, with products of the best local tradition. It offers everything that the modern customer want, the location is of particular interest to all the sports of mountain, close to the center and shops, the bus station and is 3 km from the famous Terme di Pejo. Run by the family Sonna, offers, expert personnel for specific information on all activities of the City. Garage and private parking is available for guests, also features Finnish sauna for refreshment after a day on the snow.

Worst customer service of my life.
Reviewed By Wanderer106406I’ve travelled extensively across Europe and this is by far the most disgusting and disrespectful customer service I have ever received. They lie about hidden charges and the duty manager (who refused to give her name but has dark shoulder length hair, black glasses and is middle aged) sees fit to shout and interrupt you at the front desk with a queue of people behind you. How mortifying, and common to shout like that! The pool changing rooms floors are quite literally lethally slippery and they refuse to acknowledge any issue, or make any safety adjustments for customers. Do not stay here. You would be more welcome in a tent in a field! If I could give negative stars, I would.
