We booked the superior double and asked for a ground floor room (104). The most relaxing & quiet atmosphere to say it’s in the middle of pap street. The room & bathroom for us felt a little claustrophobic and wished we had booked the larger room so will do this when we return. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable guys. We will be back.

A lovely small hotel with personal touches!

These rooms are perfect for being away with children as they’re huge, ours had two floors and two bedrooms which meant we could put our daughter to bed and enjoy an evening together without disturbing her. The staff were amazing and really made a fuss of our little girl which she loved, particularly Angelica and the lady who cleaned who would shout hello or goodbye out of the windows when she saw her! The rooms were very clean and the pool area is lovely on a rooftop with comfortable double beds. If I had any feedback, it would be regarding breakfast. It is delivered to the room at a time you choose. It was the same every day and So much was delivered that it felt quite wasteful as we barely touched it. We all agreed we would prefer either a buffet or perhaps to choose from a card about what you’d like to cut down on the wastage. The steps are very steep to get to the hotel as it’s on a hill. It kept me fit and I had no issues but I’m in my 30s, our parents did struggle from time to time. The location is perfect, 5 minutes to hundreds of choices of bars, shops and restaurants! Loved watching the planes landing and taking off, the noise was fine as the shutters blocked it out.

Reviewed By julie_alexandra123Such a shame, our only bad experience of the whole week. The island is gorgeous, location here great and waitresses lovely. Unfortunately the owner of the taverner on the beach clearly missed all her customer service training. The waitresses albeit lovely were not v attentive and I had to order extra drinks from the bar. When I went to pay I was given a bill minus our food. When I informed the owner she rolled her eyes like I had made the mistake!! I then went to pay by card. She snapped the card out of my hand and made it look like she was putting through a contact payment. She handed me my receipt then barked at me I hadn’t entered my pin. By this stage I’d had enough of her rudeness and told her she needed to chill out a bit & she hadn’t asked for my pin! She then mocked me & said, oh but I did. When I reminded her she had got the bill wrong in the first place, she hen accused me of having moved tables!! (Which we hadn’t!) and do she continued to argue with me much to my amusement! If you want a Basil Faulty experience, this is the place for you. Rudest woman I have ever come across. Such a same. Food was bland and over priced just to add insult to injury. I would avoid this place at all costs!!

We do not have a restaurant but we do serve light snacks all day, which can be served in your room if requested.Tuesday nights we have a B-B-Q......which is 13.50 euros per person to include a small beer/wine or a soft drink. Drought beer and cider....wines....spirits...cocktails available.English speaking bar staff.Lovely pool area and children's paddling pool with free sunbeds.....

It is a family business that consists of 10 bedrooms in a quiet place in the heart of Skiathos, just four minutes walk from the main street (Papadiamantis) 6 minutes from the port and 5 minutes from the bus stop to the beaches also within walking distance supermarket for shopping creperies, fast food and internet cafe as well as a wonderful restaurant (Asprolithos) and all of them just within 4-5 minute by foot.The nearest beach is 450 meters away from our building. Our rooms are equipped with refrigerators, kitchens, A / C, TV, also each of them has its own private balcony. In addition to our building is a wonderful green garden and a large patio with tables and chairs. Finally i would like to inform you that our lodging maintain every year and renovated everything necessary. We are waiting to welcome you and help you in anything you need so you have beautiful moments and memories from your vacation in the island of Skiathos.

Reviewed By Maxygio878787We spent one weeke in this pension. The room was with basic facilities but pretty spacious and clean. We also had a small balcony. The staff was nice especially Eleni who was always smiling and welcoming well the customers. Location was also 5 mins on foot from the centre. Recommended.

The reception was there for whatever we wanted and fulfilled the whole experience of a great journey that we wouldn't forget !!!

We invite you on pleasant summer holiday in the pearl of the north Aegean Sea, the beautiful island of Skiathos! The guesthouse is comprised of nine fully equipped rooms. Each room has a bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, flat screen TV, fridge, large balcony, dayly room service is provided as well. Access to Evans is very simple and easy. Evans is just 400 meters from the port and the first beach, Megali Ammos while 1.2 kilometers from the international airport too.
The Best Budget Pension In Skiatho
Reviewed By vasilpap2002I am very satisfied with my experience. The pension is located ~5 minutes from the port and the main center. Close to a main street but far enough to not be overwhelming by noice and people. The staff was super friendly and nice, making us feel very welcomed. The young man we had also was great at recommending places. The room was clean and it provided us with everything necessary including small fridge and a hair pistol. Toilet is an average one but good enough that I had no problem with it. ( Not clean wise but rather space and layout wise). I was located on the lower floor which gave me access to a small nice balcony with a garden for view. No extra fees added. Even though we used air conditioning quite a lot. The only fee is 0.5€ per day as a tax kind of. Overall, if you want a good budget room this is your go to.

Reviewed By SandonyIt is a very nice hotel which is very clean. The aircon especially is superb as they are Brand new. The beds are firm and some of the best we have slept on in Greece. The hotel is easy walking distance from the Port and also a very flat walk which is great if you have any mobility issues. Very friendly staff and a highly recommended hotel
