Rooms view are terrible for non premium
Reviewed By YMhatre1Service is ok.. However we were not happy with room. Basic toiletries were not provided. They just told us that it will be provided only for premium rooms. I was furious to understand this logic. Even handwash was not provided. I told to receptionist I am unhappy with room they told us that you have to pay extra 2k for room upgrade. My experience was poor for non premium rooms.

Siolim House is a 350 year old palacio from the times Goa was a portuguese territory. It has all the hallmarks of a period manor and has been restored with all the care it deserves. Now only 9 airconditioned suites in a lovely village very well located for the beaches and sites, homecooked local cuisine, it is very much a home where you will get to experience authentic Goan living.

Reviewed By sahiba5991Siolim House is a great heritage property in Sioolim village. The staff and management are very helpful and friendly and as a solo traveller, this was one of my best stays yet. The hotel is centrally located and most beaches are within a 30 minute ride. The manager also has great recommendations for places to eat and visit. I'd definitely recommend this property and will for sure be going back!

Reviewed By Dream682444Lovely place to stay. Though a hotel has the feeling of a cottage. Spacious, clean rooms with high ceiling. Only problem is food as there is no restaurant attached and there are no hotels nearby. attached balcony is very spacious. Greenery around the hotel. Nice place to detach as it is located in a purely residential area without any tourists.

Prime location to explore most of Goa due to the hotel being close to a main road with local restaurants, stores, and bars in walking distance. Added bonus was the hotel being tucked away into the quite residential area making sleeping at night very peaceful. Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, cleaniness was spot on. Great hotel restaurant with multiple food options for the picky eater, and fantastic staff to make your stay more comfortable. House keeping was great, as they paid attention to detail. Added bonus was Vagator Beach was a short distance away. Highly recommend to book Hotel De Orange for your stay in Goa.

Little Siolim Villa is conveniently situated on a hill slope as you enter the village of Siolim, Goa. We rent it out in its entirety 3 room that can sleep up to 8. Little Siolim has been designed from two 100 year old Portuguese houses that have been combined to form one house. Little Siolim is inspired by Siolim House and created by the same family. It gives guests the experience of living in an ancient house with the comforts of a modern home. The architecture and design is an amalgamation of Portuguese, Sri Lankan and South East Asian designs created by the owner himself. The swimming pool set in the courtyard of the house offers a private experience of swimming while gazing at the spectacular view of the stars. The entire house centers around the pool as the living room and the 3 bedrooms are situated around it. The pool continues into the living room inviting you to take a dip at any time. The living room has an open kitchen which is fully equipped with all modern amenities.

I can't say enough about how beautiful the property is - walking through the front door and seeing the beautiful swimming pool and open concept home was so memorable! Dexter and Margaret took amazing care of us and the property - including cups french press coffee and a delicious breakfast every morning! One of the first rains of the monsoon started toward the end of our stay and turned the pool green and cloudy - so we had accepted that we were done swimming on this trip. But after a half day excursion, we came back and found that it was perfectly clear and ready for us again - it's details like this that made our stay so worth it! Additionally, the manager of the Little Siolim hotel down the street checked in on us, helped us make some plans, and helped us feel well taken care of! We can't say enough about this oasis!!

FOOTHILLS Goa- Decent but Not Yet there
Reviewed By Sjl919The Foothills is a nicely constructed property that lies off the main Sodiem-Siolim main road. There are no signboards or banners for the place, so you need to ensure you get the correct spot on Google maps. The rooms are wonderfully decorated, comfortable & well appointed. Few things I missed - a mini fridge and a chair for the writing desk. The place is very colonial in decor, the building itself is a Indo- Portugese style.it has very comfortable beds & pillows and a lovely sit out to each room. There was a cute lil pool too, though I didn’t use it. The CONS - 1. wifi was pathetic & I couldn’t do my work, it got cut off the first evening & no one bothered to rectify it despite our complaints & then we made a noise next morning. after making a few complaints, spoke to someone called Jerry and he said he would get a dongle. a dongle did turn up by the afternoon. but you cannot use this place for a work from home holiday - these guys are casual about things like Internet. 2. your Idea / Vodafone / Airtel phone won’t work here, your Jio phone will work 3. Very FEW staff on property, I guess the management / owners are trying to save on costs, had low occupancy too - I think only 4 rooms out of 12 were occupied 4. As someone who’s spent 35 years in hospitality, you can tell it’s clearly NOT being run by a Hospitality company or professionals 5. There is no restaraunt - though there is a kitchen that operates until 5pm. dinner is ZOMATO or Swiggy or dine outside in goa. 6. Chair & mini fridge should be added in the room With the level of service & staffing They should pitch this as a service apartment place & obtain a 100% occupancy rather than pitch it as a 3 star boutique hotel - which it is Not. Foothills is a comfy place, should be a service apartment. all the same if they get their act together then I will certainly visit again. The reception lady was very helpful

Casajuliana is located in Siolim between Vagator & Morjim. If you want to experience local goa then you must book this property as Siolim is proper Goa village covered with the nature and old Portuguese houses . A 5 mint drive to famous Meditarrian restaurant Thalassa and a peaceful rides to beach trough goans villages of, Morjim, Ashvem, Mandrem and Aramol. Nearest beach is Vagator & Morjim and we are very near the hidden beach shack Uddo, the best place for Sunset.
