Reviewed By MTBChicaLovely italian and english speaking host. We were a little early for check-in but no problem. We could choose between 2 apartments. We choose the one close to the parking. Hou need to climb stairs for this one. The other one is at street level. The apartment is basic. The bedroom is cosy but the other 2 beds are in the livingroom. There is a kitchen but you are not allowed to use it!! Breakfast in the morning is outside with a beautiful view. Italian breakfast, so croissants and marmelade. Served at 1 big table with the other guests. Nice to practice your italian. Good startingpoint to climb to mountains on the bicycle. We cold leave the car at the parking. Tips for dinner in the neighborhood.

A nice cosy guest house
Reviewed By FinBecGeneveThis december we have chosen to spend 2 days in Aosta, and we did find this nice little cosy place. The host and team have been so welcoming, warm and smiley. The room with balcony was a really nice choice, nice view from your bed:-) For our breakfast and due to covid restricitons we have fill a form with all we wanted for the breakfast: good choice of local cheese and charcuterie, croissants, bread and jam, orange juice and a good capuccino , all was really good. We really advise you this nice stop.

We also liked that this hotel was away from all the noise with such a beautiful view outside our window! This is going to be our go-to for Lucerne!!

Managed directly by the owners, the Hotel is situated on the hill of Sarre, just 3 km from Aosta and 15 minutes by car from the train station. The Hotel has a personal and warm style: proposes comfortable atmospheres, a large lounge with big windows, walls and ceilings covered in wood and a beatifull fireplace. The private bathroom comes with a bath or shower and free toiletries. A sweet and savoury continental breakfast is provided daily. In July and August, the restaurant serves both local and regional cuisine with fixed menus, while it's available upon request during the rest of the year. Its strategic and panoramic position will permit you to reach the most important skiing localities and resorts of the region and to discover the beauties and landscapes of Aosta Valley.

Reviewed By Noel AThe view from the room and huge external balcony was truly spectacular. The hotel is on the north slope of the Aosta Valley with views over the city towards the mountains of the Gran Paradiso nature reserve. The hotel has been constructed so that every room has a large balcony and that view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - we speak little Italian but good French and enjoyed using it during our stay (Val D'Aoste is officially bilingual in French), although our host's English was excellent. Breakfast was included in the good room rate and was fine. This is definitely a hotel requiring your own transport - it's located in Sarre, up steep roads, around 15 minutes drive from Aosta. There's plenty of secure, on site parking. The location is worth it for the view, but necessitates a drive into Aosta if you want to eat out.
