He does not hold back on his opinions, the last thing you need is a stressful time. I think the owner needs to change his dirty attitude and speak to people with a bit of respect and have some manners. We ended up canceling the booking. EMPLOY MORE STAFF AND STOP BEING SO RUDE. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

Reviewed By Soupdragon_11We have only just come back from B&B Margherita and Lily the owner is such a fantanstic lady. We were welcomed by her and her son who was only visiting. We did have a problem finding the B&B as is it tucked behind an estage agents. The welcome we received was fantastic. There are only 3 rooms in the B&B but WOW is all I can say. The rooms ae stunning It is on the 2nd floor or an apartment building. I would love to live here. The rooms are large with plenty of space for clothes. The Wifi was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and Lily looked after you so well. There is parking locally and we did not have any problems in finding any. There is a fidge in the room and you can make tea/coffee at any time. Felt very special here and we had some lovely chats with the other perople staying. Lily does not speak English but we spoke in French. Lily is such a special lady. It is not far to walk into the center of Santa Teresa and also the ferry port. You would be better off having a car in this location. There is a supermarket next door Thank you Lily for such a fantastic stay

Reviewed By RuanaruSpent 7 nights in a Superior Double Room at Grindi Suite and it was brilliant. From the moment we arrived til we left, we felt like we were in our own little apartment in town and could not have been more comfortable. The ‘’hotel’’ is split in 2, with 4 rooms located on the other side of the pedestrian road from where the hotel reception is based but this meant that you could come and go as you pleased with complete independence. Breakfast is served in the adjacent restaurant with a decent spread each day, best of all cake for breakfast! The room itself was spacious, airy, with high ceilings and big windows and a patio door leading out onto a very private terrace. The terrace itself doesn’t get any sun but it was actually a welcome respite. The bed was incredibly comfortable and large, as was the bathroom with a great rain shower, lighting and halfway decent hairdryer. The air con was superb and much needed as given the hotel is right in the town off the main square, it’s noisy, but as soon as you close the windows/doors, the outside noises disappear and the air con keeps you cool. Blackout and voile curtains also maintain privacy and let you sleep til late! The room also included a mini fridge, kettle and coffee maker and a safe plus lots of hanging space and plenty of extra place to sit or place your luggage. The room was incredibly comfortable and CLEAN and we were very happy. The only downsides were that the wifi just didn’t work on our phones and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from the rooms next door and below. When there are kids staying in these rooms (they accommodate more people so there invariably will be), it can be frustrating. BUT, the location is excellent – right in town, next to a divine gelateria and pizza slice place and 5mins from the beach. Staff are all really friendly too, a big plus. We absolutely would stay again and wish we were there now!

Reviewed By jimscorpioTried to choose the hotel close to the port and bus station in order not to go far with my luggage. When I came to the hotel (we have agreed the time the day before, it is usual time, about 7pm) the hotel was closed, I tried to connect the hosts and they say that hotel is closed (I agreed the time the day before!) and I should go to their office in the other side of the town with my luggage. There they give me a small cheap apartment instead of hotel room; it was cheaper and worse in other aspects but I was too tired to argue with them. There was no any compensation. After the trip I wrote a review at booking and one of the hosts wrote to me in whatsapp and promised me to refund the price I payed if I delete that review, I deleted and he disappeared, so now I have no review neither refund.

Peaceful villa with amazing views
Reviewed By annie-shaunBeautiful views overlooking the bay, the villa and our room was very clean and freshly decorated. Breakfast was buffet good choice and nice coffee. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom modern and good shower. We had trouble finding the villa as there was no sign to it and our sat nav did not pin point the location which was up a steep and winding track road. We had to phone for directions and be met at the end of the drive so we could find it. Other guests had the same trouble so it appears to be a common problem that could be solved with some signage. No other negatives, a very nice 3 night stay.

Una bella sorpresa la doccia con caduta d’acqua e giochi di luci colorate. Unica pecca poche superfici nel bagno e nella camera dove poter appoggiare oggetti. Consiglio l’installazione di qualche mensola. Parcheggio riservato ai residenti in strada, ma a 200 m esistono parcheggi bianchi.

A very poor choice
Reviewed By Atıl KThis is a run down 2-story building on a back street with no reception or professional management. The room was small, the furniture old, the bed very uncomfortable, the bed sheets dirty (or stained), and the wifi non functional. The free parking they claimed to have turned out to be the street. When a giant cockroach darted out of the bathroom, my girlfriend convinced me to ask for another room. The person in charge found this request quite entertaining and made it clear that it was out of question although availability did not appear to be a problem. He was a nice guy, and not rude or anything but.. In Santa Teresa Gallura, much better options are available for lower prices. The town however (the whole island in fact), is not quite up to speed in terms of online booking or internet presence.
