Great Place for a Peaceful Break
Reviewed By GordoMacKI’ve been spending a week or two staying at Hotel San Giorgio for the last four years, with my wife and daughters, who are now 7 and 9. The hotel is lovely. The rooms are traditional and simple but also clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing and the food is brilliant, from the amazing meat dishes and pasta, to the best pizzas you’ll ever have in your life. I’ve eaten great food in various parts of Italy over the years but this place is definitely my favourite. The hotel is on the main road between Scalea and Praia a Mare. You’ll need a car to get to the towns and the beaches but if you have one, I think this hotel is ideal. We usually go in early July, when the area is still pretty quiet, which suits us. It gets much busier towards the end of July and into August, when the Italians come down on holiday. We love it at San Giorgio. It is a lovely place, run by great people.

Reviewed By Paolo DWe booked our room by contacting the This B&B directly. Albio, the owner, was especially kind and eager to support us. We got three-bedroom room which was clean, spacious and equipped with the all the amenities of a luxury B&B. The breakfast is served every morning from 08:15 to 10:00 and is rich and abundant. Couldn't ask more! Simone is the guy who serves it; he works in this places part-time and, as you may have already read in other reviews, he truly cooperates with many other touristic activities in the area. He is definitely an asset! Don't hesitate to ask questions and seek for advice. Albio, the owner, is the guy you can rely on for any need you might have. He'll make reservations for you and provide for the best visiting options in the area. The location of this B&B is truly great, right in the city center. If you want to visit the area and stay at San Nicola Arcella this is the place where you want to be! Definitely recommend it for both couples and families.

Reviewed By Anna OThis gorgeous charming B&B is situated on the top end of the town looking down at the beach from the breakfast terrace and 2 of the bedrooms. You will fall in love with hand painted tiles and attention to detail. Antoinette And Anthony we’re tge perfect hosts. They recommended places to ear, helped us reach the beach & gave us tips to get to the Arch Magno. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a feast of local homemade sweets, eggs, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, bruschetta, bufalo mozzarella, cheese etc they were very generous to offer a lift to Scalea station when we left. Check out was midday but we left our bags there and roamed around town before leaving. We loved the colour coded rooms and tge telliw fridge. The decor and ambience was special.

Fantastic place amazing people a home away from home
Reviewed By Jake EMy partner and I stayed here it's a beautiful historical little village with amazing views the owner greeted us upon arrival. the room and the house was immaculate and such a warm welcome. we also were recommended to eat out at little chef restaurant which is in a town about 15 minutes away excellent food! I would recommend staying here ! I wish antony all the best with his bed and breakfast and we will be returning again soon

Tutte le camere vantano una spettacolare vista mare. Impreziosite da finiture di pregio e arredi di design, offrono ogni comodità (wi-fi, Tv a schermo piatto, condizionatore, frigobar, cassaforte). I bagni privati, ampi e di ultima generazione, sono finemente curati nella scelta dei materiali e la ricerca di un’elegante comfort, dotati di set di cortesia di una storica firma della profumeria francese. Con il suo terrazzo panoramico, il lussureggiante giardino e gli eleganti ambienti comuni, Villa Crawford è il luogo ideale per vivere un’ esperienza indimenticabile.

Large comfortable room, modern shower, direct access to garden with small lawn, steep staircase over the cliff leading to the beach, parking is available. Friendly owner meets you on arrival and wish you safe trip on departure. Tasty breakfast on veranda with beautifull views. The best beach for swimming and snorkeling in the area. Highly recommended for stay.

Reviewed By MAX TStruttura a 10 min a piedi dal centro di San Nicola Arcella, situata all’interno di una villetta familiare e distante qualche chilometro dalle spiagge. Camera ben arredata e confortevole, bagno nuovo e super attrezzato, aria condizionata ben funzionante, frigo interno, televisore e stendino esterno per i panni. Pulizia delle stanze al top. Parcheggio auto interno a disposizione. Colazione buona con i dolci fatti in casa dalla signora e preparati ogni mattina, ma sicuramente da integrare con torte, cornetti farciti, yogurt e magari qualcosa di salato. Struttura non idonea per chi è in cerca di lussi e raffinatezze; qui regna semplicità, funzionalità e comodità. Un ringraziamento particolare ai titolari per la gentilezza e grande disponibilità. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. Complimenti. Ci rivedremo sicuramente.

Ideale punto di partenza per visitare le mitiche grotte dell’ Arcomagno; pochi chilometri per raggiungere Scalea, Maratea, o Papasidero Rafting nell’ entroterra. Palazzotto completamente ristrutturato; belle le camere arredate con gusto e funzionalità. Ottima la colazione, con genuini prodotti da forno e frutta fresca. Gentili e disponibili i proprietari. Che dire.. consigliatissimo!

Umwerfendes Frühstück mit selbst gebackenen Kuchen, Torten, Ei in diversen Varianten, frischem Saft, hausgemachge Marmelade, regionale Spezialitäten. Die Lage ist sehr nett im Centro storico, Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
