Visited as a family of eleven after finding the place on TripAdvisor, we hadn't booked. Staff very accommodating, brought out an extra table to add to another to fit us, happy to split our bill three ways.
Unlike a previous reviewer we found the staff to be very friendly, not in the slightest bit 'snooty', very polite, no issues at all.
Our food came out in good time, in the right order in regards starters and mains, and was mostly all fantastic.
I say mostly only because my husband's steak wasn't cooked how he had asked. (of the four steaks ordered by our table, the other three were perfect and delicious). He didn't actually raise this as a problem, because it wasn't a big deal and he didn't want yo cause a fuss since they were clearly very busy, but the owner noticed it was uneaten and rectified the issue without having been asked. You can't say better than that for good service!
The restaurant is across the road from the beach, a great little place in a lovely location and I would say definitely lives up yo it's name. We tried to book a table for the last night of our stay, but sadly they're closed that day, so we'll probably stop by for lunch at some point between now and then. Couldn't fault the place.

We ordered fried sea bass with mango salad, seafood with chili paste, chicken with cashew nuts and crispy pork with kales and the only thing that we could actually finished was the sea bass. The location and atmosphere were great but food and service were disappointed

We had a wonderful experience with Namaste here in Dolphin Bay. The cook was very friendly and prepared an amazing dinner full of rich tastes. My favorite was the Paneer Tika Masala which had a cardamom/cinnamon flavor that I had never tasted before in my life. We also had chicken tika masala and the nan bread, all of which were amazing. Will definitely be back for more!

We visited the restaurant for a quick bite and some drinks.
We'd already had lunch but just wanted to sit and chill at the restaurant.
The French fries were soggy with oil, brownies seemed stale and the drinks overpriced. We also bought some cookies from the bakery. Not very nice - average.
Service was fine at the restaurant but when we went to pay downstairs and asked for the spa services, the receptionist was quite condescending and did not want to talk much.
We got the feeling it was because we were not white!!! I asked for the copy of the check as it was not a Micros check. They were totalling the items manually and I just wanted to make sure it was correct. I got a huge dirty look!!! Not sure why??
One does come across this in a few places in Thailand. But it's fine as we've spent almost 5 years in Thailand and have had a lovely time!! Most people are awesome and this was a one off experience for us.
In any case we will not be back.

As title, here i found excellent food in extraordinary ambience. The wines choice is... incredible. Menú have excellent western and thai food. Will be back soon.

Hearing the name of the restaurant makes Thai people raise their eyebrows, as in its slang form means "red female genitalia". However the food here is excellent local-style seafood. Better tell them if you can't take spicy food, because food here is fiery spicy. The stir-fried scallops with basil is amazing.
The restaurant is at the northern end of Sam Roi Yot beach.

The restaurant is quite cozy and the food is well tasting. The service is kind, however you will have to accept, that a party of 6 might get drinks with spread over some time, and starters and mains are served at the same time. All in all a nice place.

We have lived in Thailand for 6 years and are used to low grade ingredients being served with excessive flavouring. This place is so not that.
The large numbers of Thai families eating here is a clear sign of the quality and value. They have English language menus and 1 lady speaks some too.
The food is beautifully balanced with the seafood being cooked perfectly. No rubbery squid here!
The staff are wonderful, the food is brilliant and the view is gorgeous. It is also excellent value for money.
The only problem? You won't want to risk eating anywhere else for fear of missing another great meal.

Обычный придорожный ресторанчик. Большой выбор тайских блюд. Есть меню на английском языке. Еда очень вкусная, порции большие, цены средние. Обслуживание быстрое и вежливое. При возможности посетим ещё.
