We stayed in Seefest and in Dragon Inn and went for possible lunch and dinner there,... its definitely one of the best seafood places where we have been throughout our travel in normal life, not highpriced and image attracting - its a normal SABAH place but excellent, Mr. Mike the "seafood expert" is speaking great english and consulting you with big big open heart to delicious food and other explanation about Semporna etc.... Mr. Mike and his colleges make the place to this what it is - A great place to have lunch and a real great place for seafood dinner !

Friendly Boss, he gave me lot of good advice for this special city.Very good restaurant, you have choice mix local and some western menu.I asked for a spicy local special sauce, for my prawns, it was so delicious !Price correct.Thanks againmerci beaucoup, Marc. Really great grilled food and they were very accommodating to change sauces on their amazing fresh seafood! Slipper lobsters, crabs and mantis shrimp are all must tries! Slow service and bad smell from the sea brought it down a bit.. Also, there is a great massage spot nearby on the second floor of the hotel that my group all went to. If you get a massage, you can use their cinema for free all night, great for a night off from drinking at the dive shop!

This place was full of eaters mostly from China so decided to try it. After 5 minutes trying to get table for two person and making eye contact with TWO waiters and asking table from them, needed to go directly to cash counter as they kept ignoring us. They found us a table and same ignorance continued, they failed to give us menus in 10 minutes after which we told the person in charge that your service is rude - he basically throw us out (well we were on our way out anyway).There are lot of seafood restaurants on seafront, take any one of them over this ignorant and rude place where they treat you like a trash!

We got to this restaurant from the market side and were so hungry we didn't bother to walk the whole street as we would have probably chosen one of the other similar restaurant that looked cleaner. Nevertheless the food was good and the price was not high. The guy who served us was very nice and spoke English. While we were there some kids hid behind the table and begged us for money making signs they were hungry. They had no clothes on and were very dirty. I gave them a little money and the restaurant lady came to shoo them away.

I had lunch here as I read through the review it seems to be difficult to get a table at night.Ordered a fish, crab and few other seafood. Taste wasn't impressive but seafood is fresh.
