Following their wishes and needs, the hotel is renovated this year so it provides even better and more quality service to our old and new guests.

Reviewed By aidilnoorWe had a 1 night stopover at Banja Luka and it was a comfortable stay at this hotel. I would say that the interior looks really modern although there's no elevator/lift so you got to lug your suitcases up the stairs. The size of the room is pretty decent and there's a heater too. No kettle but you could go down and request for some hot water. They serve pork ham for breakfast so might not be too halal-friendly although there are other options like waffles and bread. The hotel has a private parking area so parking isn't a problem.

Reviewed By RJW188111 of us stayed here for 12 days in 4 triple rooms. The group ranged from 6 years old to 66 and we all had a great time. Great location for the slopes and sledging. Being English it was a little odd that there was no bar in the hotel serving alcohol but we soon got used to it. There are a couple of bars within a minutes walk so an Apres Ski beer was never to far away. Rooms were clean and serviceable, felt very similar to a Premier Inn (but without a bar?)

Reviewed By 553meridLovely place in a peaceful area near the city centre (5 min car drive). Close to the river and thermal water. Receptionists are wonderful, helpful and kind. Very polite and loved our dog! Spacious room, comfortable bed, large flat tv screen and the wifi worked perfectly fine. Breakfast is delicious, and they also provide you with bosnian cake and coffee. We highly recommend!!

The rooms are quite comfortable, albeit that the airco wasn't straightforward to manage, the bar in front caused a lot of noise at night and the frigo in the room made to much noise. But quite good breakfast and some of the staff were friendly.

Reviewed By FieogJoergenWe stayed 3 nights in this hotel , We had a wonderfull stay , great room, good size room , wonderfull bed (king size), very clean , great breakfast . Hotel got this nice cafe with the bedst coffe in town , and the staff is great pepole , just wonderfull helpfull staff, and its only a 10 min walk to city center. Car park in the back of the hotel , seems safe . we will be back for sure.

I must admit that I lost hope that this operation would be successful at all. after two months, the package arrived. I recommend with all my heart although I doubted this place. You can feel safe, well and, above all, you can trust the people there. I am really pleasantly surprised♥.
