The resort is located within a vast estate of over 50 acres. There are more than 500 Mango trees in the orchard that also contains many other trees such as cashew nuts.
A Peaceful, Hygienic, Picturesque Resort
Reviewed By ragisonaTravelling Date 21Apr- 24apr 2022 (3 nights) Siddharth Sharma, owner of this property helped me with a smooth reservations in his resort, easy contact numbers, fast email communications are a plus to get your booking confirmed within no time. Our booking procedures were further followed by Ms. Ashwini who took over and within no time helped me with all the necessary location, address, contact numbers of all the concerned people in the resort. We were 8 adults + 2 children travelling, I wanted the AC back up to be strong for the children within the resort as there are electricity fluctuations in Konkan. But nevertheless Mr Siddharth and Ms Ashwini assured me that their electricity back up was strong and we would have no problem with the group. And yes they stayed strong on their commitment and we had no problem at all regarding this for our entire stay. We had booked for a three bedroom villa, on reaching the resort and we were met and greeted by smiling Ms. Swapnali and Mr Jay at the reception and to our surprise we had been upgraded to their Presidential Villa at no extra cost. This villa is big in size with a private pool, three rooms very well placed facing the entire mango valley, the drawing room is huge and with a well operative kitchen. I would highly recommend to come and stay and opt for a Presidential Villa even if you have to pay a little more and for groups it is a excellent stay. Mr Jay or Ms Swapnali at the reception were available at first ring on phone anytime. Housekeeping - Mr Nitin And his wife Ms.Nidhi are the care takers of this villa, trust me with just one phone call each time they had made themselves available at any point be it for room service or food or just anything we wanted for. Every morning the villa was cleaned, kept spick and span with bedrooms and toilets. Clean linen was given each time. Kitchen - This is well handled by Mr Akshay and his team. His team has Mr Abhishek , Mr Mangesh and Mr Santosh Shitap who served us so very well in restaurant and in villa as well. Ordered Food was brought to the table in less than half and hour and thus catered our stomach very well. The children were also happy as the food was made to their taste each time. On the last day of our trip our early morning breakfast was served well in the restaurant with hot idli sambhar chutney , tea ,bread and omlet. The entire Presidential Villa is very well furnished, with 24hrs running warm and cold water in bathrooms, the TVs are available in each rooms including the drawing room and the Air conditioners add to the luxury. The resort overall has a strong team to look after the entire property , this team not even once showed any tiredness in picking up our phone calls , be it early morning or late in the night. Kudos to you guyz!!!! We did miss the mango safari which was just next to us. We will look forward for it and our next visits very soon. A truly well maintained hotel with good quality food and very courteous staff members , Would want more menu to be added to their food menu so next time we can taste their special sea food delicacies as well A perfect hotel for the family in Ganapatipule , will surely visit again .

Reviewed By ModakmandarWe stayed here in 2019 for 1 day. That time it was under Oyo brand and services were good. This time again in November we planned to stay there and as per plan booked the hotel. Initial rate commitment was much lower and when reached there for check inn that time all of a sudden the rates were jacked up high. We considered that due to season they must have done it. But in following parameters this facility fails to satisfy the customers. 1) initial check inn experience 2) service ( for basic tea and coffee they require to open their restaurant and that starts at 8.30am. For early riser it is pain to wait till this time. They do not provide the ready to make tea options as well 3) very less manpower and hence issues with services 4) facility is at Dapoli so naturally people will go to beaches, once returns from beach no facility of hot water in the evening, no facility of laundry services, no facility of drying clothes 5) more to it on entertainment basis their tatasky connection is disconnected. In all very risky affair to stay here.
