Quiet Garden bungalow 1km from the pier
Reviewed By andrewaW3870MVNice simple comfortable bungalow covered in tree area so cooler. Large simple bathroom with high roof. Restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not always available if host busy, but usually is. Many delicious meals available at reasonable prices, beer. Nice hosts, will help you with any questions. Motorscooters for hire. 150-200b per day(24 hrs) If you can ride a motor scooter the rides around the island are wonderful as re the forests. Highly recommended to stay at this bungalow, was very happy with it. About 200 meters walk on same road towards the pier there is a massage shop, fai massage. There is a picture of a crocodile card out the front. Massages are done outside behind a curtain. The woman working there are on the large size. Do not visit for a massage there unless you want a very painful massage. Avoid this massage shop unless you want pain and possible injury. It was very painful for me and I'm a 6ft solid built man. Probably worst massage I've had in thailand, and I've had about 100 over the years.Think lady making massage painful on purpose.

Reviewed By TravelManiac zDas hotel hat einfach die beste Lage in Koh phayam, der Strand ist sauber und bei Flut sehr schön zu baden.(Bei Ebbe kann man nicht baden) Das Personal ist freundlich und im Restaurant waren die Mahlzeiten lecker.Die Zimmer waren solala,die Bäder brauchen umbedingt eine renovation wir haben dort aufgrund der Lage übernachtet gerne schlafen sind wir nicht gegangen...Schade weil das Hotelanlage an sich sehr schön und gepflegt ist.

Reviewed By Dom21076My wife and I spent two nights at the resort in a Junior Suite. The location is stunning - on the beautiful and clean beach of Ao Yai. It would be hard to find a better place for relaxing, swimming and enjoying sunsets. The staff - limited as tourists have not yet come back due to the pandemic – is super nice and helpful. Koko, the manager is doing a fabulous job at making her customers feel comfortable and well taken care of. The food is excellent and relatively inexpensive. Our bungalow (Junior Suite) was quite spacious and met our needs although it felt a little bit worn out, with an open air bathroom that easily fills with leaves… and a few (non aggressive) bugs. Hot water comes at an additional cost. Power is limited and does not allow for a fridge, hair drier, etc. Wi-Fi is only available in public areas. Overall, most of our time was spent outside, exploring this amazing island and enjoying the resort / the beach / the relaxing atmosphere. It will definitely be a choice when we come back to Ko Phayam later in the year.

Reviewed By Dom21076My wife and I spent a first night at the Sino Mansion and came back a few days later after a trip to the islands for another 2. The hotel feels new and super well maintained. Its location is perfect for us, centrally located, close to market with a few good local restaurants, markets and shops around. The staff is very nice and welcoming. My inability to speak Thai was not too much of a problem thanks to Google Translate. The room is pretty much as described on booking sites; spacious, clean and comfortable (serviced everyday) with a good bathroom. Excellent WiFi. Highly recommended!

Quiet, relaxing - we loved it
Reviewed By Vigdis M BKoh Chang Resort is located in an exellent place. We had a beach front room (cottage) and loved to sit on the veranda and look out to the sea, and listen to the waves. Kae the owner spoke english, she is a funny and nice lady, that helped us with everything we asked for. The swimming is not so good as at Koh Phayam, but OK (very shallow on low tide) and there are sandy beaches on both sides of the resort. We had all our meals at the resort, not easy to visit other resorts, and the food was good. They have a small quay or pier which is very handy for landing with a boat. There is a boat leaving twice a day for Ranong and back. Electricity is 6 hours in the evening. The bathroom was not well taken care of, and not very clean. I cannot really understand when they have such a nice place, that they do not take better care of it. Updating the bathroom would make wonders to the place. Behind the beach front rooms there were new rooms, but I would never swop one of them with the beach front room. Beware that Koh Chang Noi is not a very developed Island, but that did not bother us, we would like to go back. The headline may seem not to match the score I'll give 7,5 out of 10, but that was really because of the bathroom. We loved the place.

Our beach restaurant is very popular with regulary guests and we like to offer you our delicious local food and daily fresh seafood as well. Also we do offer some international dishes on our menu and BBQ as well. More over this we like to offer you some of our yummy cocktails, espacially to enjoy the sunset or to end up your lovely day and dinner. All our bungalows do have WLAN and attached bathroom with western toilet and shower, a big comfy double bed and a huge veranda to enjoy your privacy and time away from the beach as well. The beach itself is more than 3 km long and is perfect for walking and sunbathing or playing frisbee or other beach games. We are very looking forward to welcoming you soon at JJ Beach Resort.
Basic accommodation cheap price
Reviewed By AnnaShallJJ is sited in Long Beach almost seaview. The bugalow are very basic but due Covid we only payed 200 baht per night. Normally I prefer better accommodation but we had not money so this was the cheapest place.

Putting the vintage car collection on entry aside, we were astonished to find a 4 star homemade bakery on premises. Both our room and the areas surrounding it were pristine and the staff lovely all around. Highly recommended and very good value!

Hotel ,bistro, motorbike, car rental. There has been an ownerchange ,recently . The new owners and the team are working extra hard to satisfy the needs of our customers . There is 21 rooms available , a bistro downstairs with coffee and some pastries. And a motorbike rental, even a Ford pick up truck is available to rent.

Reviewed By ALMoonWe stayed here one night before taking ferry to islands, the WiFi is fantastic, but nothing else is, it’s dirt cheap, very noisy road, hard bed. Would not recommend. The staff tried hard to please, restaurant deserted in the morning, never told about or offered any kind of breakfast.
