Restaurant staff very good. 4. Spacious Room. 5. Hi tea at Sunset point. Cons: 1. Room needs renovation. Lighting very very less. 2. Reception staff (whom we are supposed to call on mobile for everything) felt like a little under trained. 3. Activities are only name sake. 4. Need to install more lights on common walkways. Gets very scary after dark.

I would like to suggest a few feedbacks although ; dear Management and GM. shri james britto Sir, 2 feedbacks for your kind reference AS a regular guest pls:- 1) please kindly look into that the Wifi net be pls made available in restaurant as mobile and data network is inefficient at this prime location. 2) Atleast 2 a.c.s in Assawad may be please made available at once if 3 and/ or more tables are progress at once as the Aaawad/Garam Masala restaurant's sitting area is larger and quite expansive. Good location. Its located bang on NH66 highway . Abt.... ?? Would keep on visiting this quite beautifully designed hotel in years to come although till date; I have not had a chance to stay in their hotel accommodation till date. thx .......

Reviewed By laurianaferfal1512We stayed at Jai Farms in Dec'2021 and chose the Tree house for our stay. The property is well maintained with a lot of greenery. The staff is helpful and thoughtful. River rafting is very accessible from Jai Farms. The place is extremely serene and full of peaceful vibes. Rajiv sir made the experience at his farm stay unforgettable with deliciously prepared meals which are different and unique everyday, the tour of the farm, late night chats, music and personal attention every moment. Staying in the tree house was like a fairy tale, the morning views and sunset time are like a painting. We will always cherish our trip to Jai Farms and are definitely looking forward to visiting again. A perfect detox from the mad city life. Good food, good vibes, great company made this a perfect weekender for us! Highly recommended.

Negative 10 points: pathetic , aweful ,traumatic experience.
Reviewed By MPriya131. Unhygienic rooms - Stinky toilets, rooms. On bed and sofa you can see a layer of dust. 2. Fraud owner - sent pictures of rooms does not match with actual rooms. 3. Rude, misbehaved and pervert staff : argued with me and my lady friend, with obligatory actions. Took videos of us. 4. Hope I could give negative markings which is unfortunately not allowed. We did not stayed here. My humble suggestion, never ever ever ever ever book this hotel. But if you still wish to, i wish you all the luck. It was my first and last visit to matheran because of this "lodge"!

Best option for vegetarians as the food is completely veg , very tasty, very well served on banana leaf. Best for family, friends gatherings.
