Reviewed By VictoriaD2I stayed in this hotel really back In January 2020. Lucky me ! Just few months before the covid shutdown began, who knew! While visiting my family for New Years I secured a room in this lovely place very suitable for business travelers, centrally located in the heart of what’s known as “The Pearl of the West” as the city of Rafaela is called due to the many industries and factories whom called Rafaela home. The rooms are very well equipped, clean, super comfortable beds and service beyond exceptional! The rooftop has a swimming pool and ohh yes NOT TO BE MISSED the spa, sauna and massage offered upon request. Please be mindful to check these services are still available due to the current pandemic situation. Should be your only one choice if you ever happened to visit Rafaela.

Reviewed By Craig2189My wife and I chose this hotel to spend our wedding night. We paid for 1 night and stressed that we wanted to pay for late check out, which they said was fine and went ahead with. We arrived at 6am after a long but amazing night and we were thrown out of our room at 10am; they didn’t honour late checkout and they said that they needed the rooms. We paid for a full night and were only there 4 hours. We were with two other couples who also had the same happen to them. We were too tired and too overwhelmed to even argue this on the day. No compensation was offered and they wouldn’t even allow us to have any breakfast because it was past 10am (even though they hadn’t started putting the buffet away). Terrible management and customer service in this instance.

It must have been nice in the past.
Reviewed By Daniel LThe hotel is not good. The floor in the room was very dirty. The noise from the highway gets in the room at night. There was a moldy smell in the room and black mold around the windows. The bathroom was old and very small..a bit in the dirty side. The hairdryer produced some sparks and I gave up on it. It's sad to say, but this is not a nice place nowadays.
