Reviewed By amitv999We went to Pratap Mahal with our Pet "Leo" (Golden Retriever). There were five of us (2 adults + 2 kids and Leo). We booked this hotel directly by calling the reservations. The reservation desk was very polite and they immediately understood our requirements (family plus pet). We booked the room. We were anxious as this was our first trip with Leo. On the day of arrival, we reached Pratap Mahal Palace Hotel, the check-in was effortless process. Keeping in mind the need of pet they upgraded our room, one that had access to a private lawn. The front office explained the meal for the Pet (they offered the complimentary meal and steamed vegetables for the Pet). The front office was also friendly with our very friendly Golden Retriever (they are always friendly dog). I have some pictures of Leo with the front office staff. Thanks to "Pramila Nepal" who made this process effortless and helped us relieve our anxiety. The Pratap Mahal Palace Hotel has a very nice swimming Pool with a view of Aravali hills. The kids enjoyed swimming. They also have some cycles (MTB) which can be used for cycling, the kids enjoyed the cycling. The house keeping staff was very good and they took care of our needs of extra water and other essentials (including the requirements for Pet). I would like to Thank all the housekeeping staff and special Thanks to "Goutam" who took care of our needs. My Son wanted to trek the nearby hill in the early morning with some other guests. The Hotel Guard "Pappu ji" told them the directions and as he was concerned about the security of hotel guests, Pappu Ji accompanied my Son and other guests to the top of the hill for the safety and directions. I would like to Thank "Pappu ji" for going extra mile to serve the need of the Hotel Guests. We also wanted to visit the Pushkar Brahma ji temple, there was a complimentary guide offered by Hotel. We also got some tips for the local getaways from Front office and Bell boy "Raju". I want to Thank "Raju" for all the directions and tips. He also helped us in loading all our luggage with Pet in our vehicle. The evening Hi-tea was served with snacks, there was amazing performance by folk artists in the courtyard from 7:30 pm till 10:00 PM. It was very relaxing to listen to Sufi music- live performance with a backdrop of beautiful Aravali hills. It added a royal taste to a lovely Saturday evening. My wife requested her favorite Sufi songs which the performer was more than happy to sing. It was a wonderful moment. We had our dinner in the restaurant, the food was excellent we ordered some continental dishes and a special Rajasthani Thali. staff was very professional and warm. Next morning the breakfast spread was in the same restaurant and they had a lavish spread. There was local specialty Kulhad wali Chai (tea in mud cup), it was tasty. The Property Pratap Mahal Palace is worth visiting. The rooms are big and well lit, The pool, club, all the lawns, location etc. is very good. One can enjoy the evening stroll and morning walk in the property. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family. The experience become more memorable because of extra courteous and helpful Hotel Staff. All of us (including kids and Pet) were happy with the Excellent experience. We look forward to our second visit to Pratap Mahal soon.

Guru Govind Singh is said to have given sacred speech of the Guru Granth Sahib at the Bank of the Lake… We visited Pushkar and stayed at HOTEL PUSHKAR FORT ... It was not actually a FORT but one can say that once upon a time it was a HAVELI (now very popularly known as "" THAKUR JI KA HAVELI"" ) ... This resort is having 70 rooms ... Rooms are well maintained and quite spacious ... All rooms are having AC with all sort of modern facilities ... Front office staffs are always ready to assist you with a smile ... F&B service staffs are well-mannered and polite ... Housekeeping staffs are very active ... The maintenance team are there to provide prompt service ... Food out here is too tasty ... Thanks to Food Production team ... I had visited with my wife and daughter ... We all three had enjoyed a lot ... All the staffs are so friendly that we were not willing to check-out ... But what can be done ... LIFE MUST GO ON and we had to return back to our home town .... But yes ... One thing we can say ... This resort is such an one .... Reviewed By Pratcop78We stayed at this property for one night (14th Feb’22) . Previously We booked a luxury tent but later we upgraded to Maachan after seeing that. Maachan was quite spacious, well maintained and well equipped. The shower room was excellent. The place was very windy and we felt it even staying inside the Maachan throughout the night. Beautiful ambiance, surrounded by hills justifying its name. Greenery all side. Nice breakfast. Manager was cordial. Here we found two staffs namely Santosh Roy and Subham from West Bengal very polite, humble, with always a smiling face. This is one of the best properties in Pushkar. I will recommend to spend at least a night here in this property. ❤️❤️

Reviewed By LubhitaMy sisters and I visited Pushkar recently and decided to stay at Heli. It was a rewarding decision as the ambience of the place is so tranquil and calm. The staff is very co-operative and soft spoken. A special mention of Dharmendra ji who looked after all our needs in an efficient and quick manner. The owner Sh. Deependra Singh ji is extremely humble, well-mannered and resourceful. We had opted for Swiss tents and the stay was comfortable,rooms hygienic and service superb. I recommend it to anyone who wants peace, quiet and good service while at Pushkar.
