Reviewed By Rajesh PI stayed here for a day. Kitchen food was good and the cook at that place makes very delicious food. Great rooms, nice pool, front garden and deck area are really nice and clean. View from my room was great too with a spacious balcony which had a table and chair so that i can come out of my room and sit outside and even have food or tea there. I stayed in a deluxe room and my wife loved it the moment we arrived into the room and also wished we could extend our stay. Two things i didn't like about my stay are - 1. Hotel didn't accept my dinner order saying its time already. They never told or have anything written on the in-room menus saying that there is any last order timing for dinner. It says dinner time is till 9pm and i had called in to order by 8:58pm. And they said there is a restaurant just outside the hotel. I wanted room service from the hotel itself as the lunch i had was really good, and food tasted like home cooked food. 2. I was served peeled and cut bananas saying its fruit salad which was part of the continental menu for breakfast. When i asked them about it the manager gave me vague excuses. And was not interested in doing something to fix it. Overall the place is good to stay. But i wont recommend the add-on services.

Reviewed By Rajesh NMy experience staying at your hotel is bad I will mention it pointwise. 1. I took a suite which cost me around 7000/_ and you don't provide bottled water. 2. Breakfast experience is very bad, as you are providing very limited breakfast limited to PURI, SABJI, EGG, AND BREAD, you are giving banana cut into pieces which are very unhygienic. Above all, we have to wait to get a LUCHEE for 15 minutes 3. Please improve your bathroom where there are no proper shelve to keep our clothes and towels.

Reviewed By Raj4mKolI chose this hotel viewing the pictures of the rooms and settled for a Suite with large room size along with complimentary breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I had booking for ground floor non-sea view suite and suggested to for a double-bed sea-view room instead. I was sure that there was no option to choose different Suite rooms. I firmly told that there was no such option on the booking website. Then I was told that sea-view Suite on the higher floor was not ready and we need to wait for a while and in the mean time we could check the available sea-view double bed room. We had a visit to the room and immediately rejected the room for small size with small bathroom. We waited for a while instead, had breakfast on the nearby beach and came back to check into the sea-view Suite Room 301 on 2nd floor. The room was big with one adjoining room with dining table and a uncomfortable single bed but no refrigerator. The main room had a double bed, big se-view window and a large balcony. That is all - everything else was very old and un-serviced. The wall hanging AC indoor unit has a separate controller mounted on the wall and you can not change the temperature - it always cools, we needed to switch it off at night before sleep to avoid extreme cold in the night. The wall had damp strains. It was very difficult to find the switch of the tubelight hidden inside the cabinet below the TV. The bathroom of the Suite had a bathtub too, proudly announced by the hotel stuff - I immediately discarded the idea to use it when I saw the bathtub with lots of strains. The door of the bathrrom was damp struck - the handle was broken and kept on the side of the bathtub. The bathroom had inclination problem - I rubbed the floor by feet to remove the water on the floor after bath. The service was very bad. You need to call and follow up several times to get the food delivered at room - they just do not pick up the phone or forget to serve the order. The linens and towels were not cleaned properly and full of strains. The main surprise came on the day we left. While serving the breakfast in our room we were told to pay the bill! I told that we had booking with complimentary breakfast and came to know in reply that the items we ordered were not part of the complimentary package. I argued that we were never told so at the time of checking or during ordering the breakfast and mentioned to settle the matter at the reception desk during checkout. At the reception desk desk we were told that some specific small items could only be taken as part of complimentary breakfast - the items we took had to be paid for. Getting frustrated (as we had to leave our bags before catching the night train), we requested to deduct the amount at the rate of the complimentary items. Finally they opted to deduct Rs. 200 @50/person/day for 2 persons for 2 days! Imagine Rs. 50 for each breakfast for Suite room occupants as part of complimentary breakfast. With these experiences, I would recommend to avoid this hotel if possible. By the way, keep a note that we saw rooms under renovation. After renovation the double-bed rooms may become okay to stay. However I doubt the service and overall quality would improve.

Reviewed By Anirban19812015The hotel has following good facilities : 1. very near to Jagannath Temple & sea beach, both are within 10 min walking distance, 2. staffs are very cordial & helpful. They respond very fast after informing them 3. very neat & clean 4. they allow us 1 hour late check out time after request. 5. pure veg restaurant with testy food. Drawback is - not sea facing hotel (you will not get sea view from the hotel) & restaurant service is little bit slow.

EHS - Safety Issue and maintenance
Reviewed By Rd17274We stayed in this hotel from 7th April to 11th April 2022 with 4 adults & 2 kids, we took 2 sea facing rooms. I am very much concerned about the safety near the window of 3rd floor. I am concerned because I have kids & you should too. The railing near the window has a 2 feet X 2 feet gap of Room no 318. There is no balcony beyond window and a small negligence may cause free fall from 3rd floor to ground directly. This could lead to any fatal accidents. Hotel management doesn't take any action even after repeatedly reminder given to house keeping, front desk, even their maintenance supervisor. Hence, requesting the hotel top management & local authority to take this complain very seriously and take an immediate action to fix it. Attaching some pictures for my concern.
