Came here two nights in a row because this place was so good! Itâs great for somebody whoâs looking for some food, but also on a budget. The pictures below only cost me â¬8.something! The receipt is of tonight but itâs just to show prices. Great selection of pizza and to weigh it by the gram is a great idea. Got some free cake too! Thanks!

We went into this little family run pasta shop/restaurant. We had a selection of pasta and fillings recommended by the owner (cooked freshly to order in minutes),And sat at one of the 2 shared tables. Very friendly place. Authentic Italian with delicious pasta for lunch with some house wine for excellent price.Definitely recommend!

Called into this Flowerburger whist in Verona. Absolutely first class service and spent time explaining what the menu was about to the none vegans. Extremely well presented meal that came in quick time. Even the bear is fantastic. If youâre vegan and in Verona, get here you will not be disappointed

And more importantly my parents were over the moon (we celebrated my mothers 80 bd)They are not too found of snobbish places but this was really not-We were taken care of from the first minute to the last and to me the service was perfect!The food was to die for and I cannot think of any reason not to visit this fantastic place (apart from the cost of course) that said these kind of restaurant do not serve food it more works of artIf you have the means dont hesitate-this is a true gem

Been there during one trip in Italy, really great pizza. They have special hemp dough. Pizza was really crispy and tasty. Place is really small with nice ambient.The lady who served us first didn't know English but main chef speaks it very well.

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel very welcome, all the staff were lovely, the food was excellent and for the standard of food I thought the cost was good as for the same quality in England you would pay a lot more. Wish we could have stayed longer to have a drink with the owner as he wanted to have a drink with us for our anniversary what a lovely guy. Next time we will thanks!!

We went to Trattoria dal Taio after seeing it on TripAdvisor. It's a bit out of town and tricky to book (telephone reservations only) but it was AMAZING! The food was excellent, delicious and decent portions - both starters and mains. The meat is simply amazing, as was the pasta, and it's phenomenal value. The staff were a delight and couldn't have been more charming. An FYI for travellers - taxi companies (we used Radio Taxi Verona) seem not to take reservations so just call 10 minutes before you need one. The journey was about 20 Euros from town. The restaurant booked our return trip after we'd finished supper, which was helpful. Thoroughly recommended - and book in advance, as far ahead as you can!

Got a great welcome. Most helpful with menu choice. Wine was served by Simone with 'Slainte'...impressive. All courses we selected (and extra) served in style. All so tasty. Topped off at the end with a beautiful liqueur. So pleased we chose here. If you want a touch of class in Verona......go no further. Upon checking in to our hotel in Verona my wife and I asked where we could go for a casual lunch. We were directed to La Figaccia. What a great find! The place is small but tastefully decorated. Most of the business must be take out as there is limited seating on stools along a counter. The fellows behind the counter told us that all the meats, cheeses and breads are locally sourced and they take pride in the quality. Seeing that I did not understand Italian and was having difficulty translating the menu, one of the staff sliced pieces of different meats for me to sample and recommending the most popular. The sandwich I chose was absolutely delicious. One of the best I've ever eaten and very reasonably priced. I offered to be one of their best customers if they would set up shop in Toronto. If you want a great Italian sandwich when in Verona, La Figaccia is the place.
