Piccolo agriturismo molto carino sulle colline dell’est veronese.

A friend who lives in Verona took us in this place for lunch --- a family owned restaurant with traditional dishes. We had several small dishes since we wanted to taste several and we did not want to fill ourselves for Christmas Eve dinner. So we started with pumpkin ravioli --- the pasta was so thin and the filling was creamy and delicious. It was followed with tagliolini with lemon which was heavenly -- the pasta was so light and al dente and the lemon flavor was amazing. The third course was lightly battered zucchini flowers and the last course was tortellini with truffles. It was such a delicious meal! For dessert, we had the tiramisu. The tagliolini with lemon is highly recommended!

We used this place as an Agriturismo for 7 days as a base for travelling around the area (Lake Garda, Verona). There are only 4 rooms so therefore it is a quiet place and our kids enjoyed the Garden and the Pool. The food is home made and the family of Luisa, Paulo and Matteo looked after us so well. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all available. Home made cake for breakfast, local Salami as the antipasti was delicious, and the pasta dishes were superb. We would recommend this place to any family or friends and that says enough !

I'm not usual to do review, but this is the right time. I apologize for don't take a photo before the dessert. My first serving was dumpling garnish with duck... Sooooo amazing!!! And the second plate a typical Verona plate: "Lesso con Pearà". This is absolutely the best place in Verona to eat that meat. I'll come back.PS. Also good wine ;)

This restaurant was a real surprise. We stayed in town for a business trip to the wine fair Vinitaly and ending up here was coincidence - but exceeded all expectations. Superb wine list. Great food. Nice and friendly service. It seemed this restaurant catered mainly for locals, at least it was not obvious adverted for tourists.I liked the 'family charme'. Thank you very much!

Our hosts in nearby Colognola ai Colli recommended this restaurant and we are SO glad they did. After a drive through lovely vineyards we found the restaurant in an elegant old house, and our family of 6 had our own private dining room. We started with a warm welcome from the charming proprietor and her kind son who speaks excellent English. The local, seasonal menu includes handmade fettuccine with asparagus, rabbit with polenta, delicious contorni, local cheeses with homemade jams, and a strawberry dolci I’m still thinking about days later. It was a delicious experience and we left thinking, “THIS is why we come to Italy!” If you’re touring Soave or Valpolicella or visiting the Verona area, make sure to stop in for a special, authentic experience.

I'm from Verona and I have been traveling in the US. Since I love meat I've tried a lot of different restaurants but the feelings I try here every time I go... they are just unique. You need the car to reach this place that is right in a little town just outside Verona (about 30 minutes driving from the city center). The food is so good, the wine selection pretty big and even if its a lil pricy... you will go back!

We were sent by our B&B to this restaurant. We wanted to try the typical plate from this region, the "risotto".Super particular place, decorated with passion for "vintage", really nice garden where you can eat outside with jazz musique for a relaxing dîner. Really good prices if we compare to the meals we had in the city center. Nice and welcoming waiters who spoke a good English. We had no problem explaining our health problem. We will surely go back if we are in the area again. Thumbs up!!!
