Apartment has well equiped kitchen even we didn't use it (except for coffee). Staff excellent, prompt in communication. Garage in vicinity, ideal for my SUV with roof top box as it was too high for most of public garages

Stunning and perfect in everything! The staff is courteous and available to provide all the necessary traffic information to get to the apartment which is located in a historic building in the center of Turin, a five-minute walk from the main tourist sites. We parked the car in their paid private parking on the first day and we forgot about having the car! Truly a strategic and safe position even in the evening. The initial cleaning was perfect and the daily general reset was really appreciated. Really an incomparable quality-price ratio !! Really great!

Reviewed By sborresWe stayed for the second time and this stay was as wonderful as the first one . Staff is very helpful and accommodating. The Palazzo is always well appointed and everything was in place to make it a safe stay during pandemic. It is very quiet as all the room are huge and separated by large patios and corridors. The royal suite is amazing with high ceilings and with a great kitchen/dining area. For the location, quality of service and accommodation, must be difficult to find better deals in Torino

Even tho located in a busy area, they are peaceful due to their position. They are functional and cleverly arranged and provided with all features you expect of an apartment and services that will fulfil your stay. Each and every one of our apartments is furnished and carefully designed down to the smallest detail in order to preserve Piedmont style and tradition, a fantastic blend of Italian culture and hospitality that will make yourself feel at home.

Reviewed By fredrikc440From the windows of my hotel room, I can see the courtyard of the old castle. The room is decorated with old furniture, and I guess that each room is unique with various furniture. It gives me a feeling of visiting or staying in a guest room of an Italian family. A very different experience from staying at one of the big hotel chains which look exactly the same no matter where in the world you are. All of the staff are very friendly and supportive. To have breakfast in the room was no problem. I also got some excellent guidance on everything from counting in Italian, borrowing paper and pencil, safety around the football stadium, and so on. The place is located on a beautiful walking street with many good restaurants. All in all, I was pleased to stay here and recommend the place :)

We arrived at the apartment to discover that the AC was broken (temp. was around 30 degrees) and that the roof window was always open! My husband couldn't sleep all night because of the hear and I woke up everyday at 6am because of the window. We called the reception many many times but they didn't help us at all. They were just giving promises to fix them, however nothing was fixed. We visited few other placed during our honeymoon and this place was without any doubt the worst

Reviewed By Ben927We were in Turin for Eurovision. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city, the train station and they have shops/bars near by. Although check in was at 13:00, we got there early (about 11:00) and they still let us check in as the apartment was ready. The apartment itself was spacious. Offering a kitchen/dining area, bathroom and a queen sized bedroom and there’s two balconies. One is communal which you share with the other residents and it looks over the courtyard. There’s air con and two wardrobes available. It could do with a slight fresh up as the apartment was very tired and scruffy in places. It also lacked basic necessities (e.g. kettle, iron, corkscrew, utensils). The reception is 24 hours, the key has to be left with a member of staff until you return. They also have a parking available if required. The staff were friendly, although their English is limited and broken, we managed to get by. But too be fair, I should brush up on my Italian. The breakfast is continental. Albeit minimal and basic, a lot of the sandwiches, focaccias and crostata seemed homemade. There’s a compulsory city tax which €2.30 per person per night, which we were made aware of on the day we arrived. Overall, a perfection location and staff friendly. Could do with a face lift though in some places.

The only hotel in Piazza Castello, a design hotel with all the comforts. Incredible and absolutely centralized view with a choice of rooms with a kitchenette and the most exclusive suites. Accessible to disabled.

Reviewed By Marc GThe building is beautiful. The location is magnificent! But this is not a real hotel. They state that there is not a 24-hour receptionist. No kidding. There's almost never anyone here! My "deluxe" room has two awkward steps--one to the corridor, one to the bathroom. I fell three times last night, cut my leg badly, and there was no one to even tell me where I could find a farmacia. The hotel boasts a room with a balcony (which is covered with bird droppings). They promote bottled water in the room (but only on the first day). They state that there is air conditioning, but there is no remote! (The room was freezing last night (no heat and no duvet). My room was still not cleaned at 3 p.m. and there was no one anywhere to tell. They advertise satellite t.v.--well, maybe, but only in Italian. Not one channel in another language--and their clientele is international. Yes the location and the view are wonderful, but they don't help a lot when you're miserable in the actual room.

The apartments have private bathrooms furnished with towels, beauty-set and hair dryer. For your children we can supply upon previous request cribs, baby beds, high-chairs. The venue has a private parking area for your car and bicycle, a dry cleaning service and a self-service laundry room. A Reception service is active during working hours, and we offer guest assistance 24h/24. Italian style breakfast is served at the venue bar accessible from the external court upon request. The Santa Giulia Art & Wine Residence benefits from its central position which ensures a quick access to the most interesting city points of interest: long walks along the Po river banks, Piazza Vittorio and the Chiesa della Gran Madre, the Mole Antonelliana with its Cinema Museum, the Egyptian Museum, Via Po and Piazza Castello arcades, the Polo Reale, the Real Chiesa di San Lorenzo and the Regio Theater. Along the streets of the Vanchiglia neighborhood you may find many winebars, restaurants and quaint small shops. Reviewed By SpilingotoThe Residence is a nice refurbished complex with several apartments, nothing to say about the place in itself with the sole exclusion of the hearing that, it’s fixed and you works only at specific hours. Beside this, as the heating is in the floor you always have too hot or too cold areas, this is typical of not correctly installed heating valves. Sadly, the location is poor, dirty and extremely noisy. Some people like to call it “movida” reality is that you will not sleep properly any single night of the week till at least 3am due to young people drunk that shout and sing without any respect. During the weekends is even worst. Expect to go noisy till 5am. Such a shame that the are is not cleaned and regulated. Mention of shame for the hotels WiFi that auto log off the devices basically every 15minute forcing you to re-log with the user and password every time. Whoever choose this provider clearly have no idea about the modern traveler that needs at least 2 if not 3 devices connected, this are really the basics today and in this property are completely missing. I don’t recommend this property.
