Basico Is an absolutely gorgeous restaurant in the center of beautiful Todi. It is the perfect place to meet friends for a delicious lunch or dinner, and whether you sit inside the remodeled space (stone walls, arches and wood beamed ceilings) or outside in the square, you will enjoy the ambiance. The service at Basico was really good even though it was a busy summer evening when I was there. The food was very fresh, especially the freshly made pasta! You can watch how it is made which is a lot of fun to see. This is a gorgeous establishment in an excellent location. It was our first time dining here and we were welcomed by the entire staff. The food was cooked from the freshest ingredients and the pasta was among the best I have ever had. Come any time of year! When the weather is nice, the terrazza is a wonderful place to watch a sunset with a glass of wine and enjoy a meal. When the weather is less desirable, the dining room is a cozy place that exudes local charm. Eat here! You will not be disappointed! And if you are looking for a place to stay in the area, check out their accommodations. We toured a few of the beautiful rooms. They are a perfect place to relax and stay awhile!

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante per festeggiare un'importante ricorrenza e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ambiente luminoso ed accogliente, staff gentile e servizio veloce ed attento. Tutte le portate sono state davvero buonissime, saporite, gustose, ottima cottura, ingredienti freschi. Consigliatissimo!
