Civico9 is an unpretentious and casual place, good especially for families with children. Staff is attentive and helpful, genuinely welcoming. The food served is never less than very nice and sometimes spectacular. In particular, pizza with very flavorful and crisp crusts should be tried, but many other things like the bruschetti and pasta dishes are excellent. We were staying nearby and were very glad to stop in several times.Thank you so so much!! See you soon

Spur of the moment, 2nd choice restaurant. Limited menu for lunch. Wonderful surprise offering from the chef. Not many starters to choose from. Primo piatto choice not available, so off menu umbrichelle with vodka, tomatoes, pancetta was super. Insalata Mista not available so subbed by arugula and little tomatoes. Received a discount on the bill. Does this really happed in Italy? A very nice restaurant but I do not think I can highly recommend it.

Pizzas are delicious, very thin, crispy and big and a fantastic bargain. We have taken their pizzas to go back to the villa we are staying in and it is an economical and super yummy lunch. We have been in many spots in Italy over the past two weeks and this pizza is definitely up there in terms of quality and deliciousness. Very nice owner/staff as well. They are open for lunch and then close for awhile in the afternoon until dinner time. Highly recommended.Grazie grazie grazie, tornate presto, vi aspettiamo alla Taverna del Perugino

This is the local bar for Allerona hilltop town and is a straightforward trattoria and pizzeria. Nothing fancy,but good pizza and mains with reasonable prices. Friendly and welcoming. They've translated their menu into English which was useful!

Walter, una persona squisita, nel suo locale ci si sente a casa. Prodotti genuini a km 0, ti senti coccolato in tutto.Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto, saremo lì con amici e tante Ferrari il 22 Settembre. per una grande cena.

I giovani e bravi gestori del Peperoncino di Montegabbione hanno rilevato un locale e l'hanno trasformato in gradevole ristorante-pizzeria arredato con gusto. Niente sfarzo ma elegante semplicità . Le pizze sottili e croccanti sono il massimo. Il servizio curato e gentile. I prezzi modici.Da frequentare.

Its a simple Italian Pizza restaurant (they do other things too, but you go for the pizza) largely filled with Italian locals eating traditional thin crust pizzas. We were two adults and two children, sharing 3 pizzas, a bruschetta and a bottle of water and wine with change from â¬30 - it does exactly what it says on the tin. Service starts after 1930 ish - obviously being British we arrived a little before that, being the only people there, but they did seat us and explain that they would take our order when open/ready. We visited twice and I did hear one English voice on the first visit, but that was about it. You over look the communal swimming pool and whilst its not the Umbrian hills, its not too bad. Its a great value for money eat.

Six of dined from a wonderful menu featuring such a variety of meats including game, local truffles, excellent pasta and the hosts were entertaining too! Add that to a top celebrity film star and family dining there too, a wonderful experience. Great wine list as well! Wish we ciould return soon!

Just went over here to have a quick bite. But ... we ended up staying quite a while, while enjoying one whole pizza each (and took home 1/2). Thin, crispy crust. Elena is very friendly, and made the pizzas from scratch. Great prices: 2 pizza's + 500 cc red wine + big bottle of frizzante for 15 euro.

We have been in the region for two weeks and visited Mennula three times...to make a long story short: It is simply a fantastic pizza (thin, with a very nice crust) and a super friendly service!!! The restaurant garden has a charming atmosphere (of course being close to the train station you don't go there for the nice view) and the variety of pizza is enormous. They use only fresh ingredients of top quality and are quite creative with the combinations (and you can do your own if you like). Our favourites were the "Cacio e Pepe" pizza version (with the addition of salami picante) and the Buffala (with salsiccia). We can highly recommend this place and wish the owners all the best!
