Location un po' anonima dove e' possibile mangiare all'esterno in un cortile sul retro del locale dove, in effetti, ho cenato con mia moglie. Le luci basse per dare atmosfera in realta', combinate con l'arredo minimalista mettevano tristezza. Certo molto contribuiva l'esseregli unici ospiti. La cena e' iniziata con un offerta di frittelle all'apparenza molto invitanti, ma intrise di olio. Ordinato antipasto di terra mare e frittura di paranza, a finire un sorbetto. La parte di terra dell'antipasto, capocollo, formaggio, nodino e un involtino di zucchine, senza infamia e senza lode. Con la parte di mare il livello e' precipitato , i coccioli sembravano pezzetti di plastica insapori cosi' come l' insalatina di mare. Il peggio un gamberone la cui consistenza era paragonabile ad una crema dal gusto dubbio. Buone le cozze gratinate onestamente dichiarate spagnole in assenza di quelle locali. Superato a fatica l' antipasto e' arrivata la frittura abbonante. Buoni i pesci da dimenticare in fretta i calamari e i gamberi. Buono il negramaro ed il sorbetto. 10 e lode ad Alessandro l'incolpevole cameriere, gentilissimo e professionale. Prezzo che, se avessi mangiato bene, avrei giudicato normale.

Abbiamo festeggiato un compleanno in una calda serata di fine agosto.Ci siamo accomodati all'aperto.Siamo stati serviti in breve tempo nonostante il locale fosse tutto pieno.Sono arrivate poco dopo le sperlunghe di patatine (dippers), cotte alla perfezione e salate al punto giusto.Dopo poca attesa sono arrivate man mano le sperlunghe di carne. La cottura era perfetta, si percepivano i vari profumi e sapori, lasciandoci felicemente sazi! La qualità della carne è alta.Mi sento di consigliare un po tutti i tipi di carne presenti (bombette, salsiccia e fegatini sono davvero top).Abbiamo preso anche delle pizze al centro. La sorpresa è stata grande! Non pensavamo che in una braceria ci potesse esser servita una pizza così buona!!I prezzi sono nella media, non alti.Do 4 stelle solo perchè in alcune occasioni abbiamo dovuto sollecitare il servizio (per chiedere il pane, per chiedere dei tovagliolo, per chiedere il conto), ma il tutto è da attribuire al fatto che il locale era pieno!Fastidiosa la presenza del parcheggiatore all'esterno.Consigliatissimo per mangiare ottima carne e ottima pizza!

This place is superb. We visit multiple times each summer. You select the meat from the butcher's counter and quote your table number. In the summer, the seating is outdoor in a lovely square. Delicious BBQ meat and sides of a green salad, grilled veg, chips or baked potato wedges. House red in carafes, white in full bottles only. Average â¬30 for two including red wine, such good value. Love this place!

La Barca gives its absolute best when they do not have to deal with big crowds. I have been a few times now and I have enjoyed an excellent service and an exquisite culinary experience...worth a Michelin star. However, the level of attention goes down considerably when the place is full. It still offers a great experience and a very solid price/quality ratio. Still worth my vote.

The restaurant is recommended for summer evenings where tables are located in the outdoor patio, offering a beautiful atmosphere.Service is elegant (sometimes a bit too slow) and kind, food is a mixture of novelle cuisine and local dishes.I would recommend the mixed starters and definitely the cakes, simply delicious (try the lemon cake or the cheesecake, one of the best I had).Prices are a bit expensive but justified by the location and service.

Friendly service and great food. We arrived slightly early before the restaurant had opened without a booking, The gentleman on reception was very helpful and spoke English, so we had a lovely drink in the bar to wait for the restaurant.The food was excellent the swordfish was delicious and the price for 3 courses with wine and a champagne cocktail in the bar worked out at Euro 50 each which for the standard of the food was very good value.It opens all year round which is a real bonus in Marina di Pulsano so we will be regulars.

We were served a 'tasting menu' style selection of starters, followed by mains and dessert, which comprised of several antipasti. fresh seafood, vegetable and meat dishes, with fillet stake as a main.It was all delicious, freshly prepared by the owner of the B&B and served by his daughter. We didn't have the option of ordering a la carte, but we were very happy with what was provided to us. Given the amount we ate and drank, I'd say it was pretty good value for â¬30-â¬35 EUR a head for such a generous selection of dishes.Would definitely recommend and will be back,

One of the best meals we had in Puglia when we were in the region, this small family restaurant serves all the local dishes. The owners know very little English, so some Italian knowledge comes in handy :).We ordered some antipast, a primi piatti and she suggested to wait to order the main course after we ate the appetizers and the first course, which was a good advice... She served us all kinds of local dishes, and one for one they were excellent. My wife ordere a glass of prosecco and I ordered a glass of red wine. We both received a glass with about half a litre! in the glass... Mor than enough for the whole dining experience (and only 1,5 euro per glass! the quality of the wine/prosecco was ok by the way).First time we came by, I shook the handle of the door and the place was closed, but as we walked away from the restaurant the son of the owner came to open the door and invited us in (they opened the restaurant just for us 2!)... It was so good that we decided to go back a second time!

BlueBay non è solo un ottimo ristorante ma anche un un'eccellente residence di alto livello con piscina. Il ristorante offre una cucina semplice e tradizionale, infatti si possono ben gustare tipici piatti di mare all'aperto con un buon servizio. Consigliato

I've eaten here many times during my stay in the area, both for lunch and dinner.Food is very good and prices are reasonable, I highly recommend you the 'Antipasto al carrello', with different little dishes where you can taste the best of the local cuisine. Even if is listed as a starter don't worry it will feed you enough!
