Tried to cancel after 2 nights (booked 3) and they wouldn't let us!
Reviewed By Mb71revBit of a strange place, booked 3 nights but on the 2nd day told the owner we needed to leave the next day (so gave plenty of notice) but he refused saying we had to pay the full amount. Had an argument the next morning and finally agreed to pay half the third day's cost. I've travelled all around the world and as long as you tell the hotel the day before I've never had a problem like this. Not to mention the place was a bit of a mess with kids toys strewn all over the place and a bit of an eerie feel. Decent breakfast though is the only good thing about the place. Oh, and you may be unlucky to have someone above you and will hear every step and word...

One of the best stays I ever had
Reviewed By ViktoriyaBGThe place was amazing - vast green areas, beautiful nature, the old lady host was amazing, the atmosphere - welcoming, the food she prepared was delicious, the room - clean. Admiration for your service lady, you made our stay great. I strongly advise visiting the place - it is a unique experience. I have been in many good hotels - but this farm estate was the greatest.

Reviewed By alessandrafJ5758TSI spent two weeks with my partner and my dog in one of the apartment at the unterbergerhof. My parents rented a second one. We were together but separated a perfect combination for privacy. The little village of San Giacomo is superb with breath taken landscape. Unterbergerhof dominates the valley in a peaceful and beautiful location. Marika is a perfect owner, friendly and discrete. Her family always welcoming and smiling. I highly recommend this mask to people living the mountains away from the mess. A 20 minutes driving to be in Vipiteno for a nice night plenty of restaurants and bars to go. In a word Fantastic !

We had a perfect appartment with shower, toillete, all stuff for cooking, frigo etc. View from balcony on mountains was awesome, the breakfest was perfect a was composed from caffe, local bread, speck, fresh milk and butter, everything homemade and fresh. Every member of family was very nice and sweet, thank you very much for perfect week and if you want to spend your vacation in valle aurina, innertrein is perfect for you.

Reviewed By LucoskoWe have been on holidays in appartmant house with our 2 kids for 3rd time. We love it here. The rooms are clean and big enough with WIFI, staff is very nice here, always help us with our questions, they have animals around the house and the kids love to play with them. The food is perfect. In the village is possible to ski, or there are another possibilities to ski in PLOSE or SELLA RONDA for example. Parking is available near the house. We plan to come during the summer too. Thank you. V apartmánovom dome sme boli tretíkrát a veľmi sa nám tu páči. Izby sú čisté, majú WIFI pripojenie, jedlo veľmi chutné a aj slovensky hovoriaca majiteľka je veľmi príjemná. Okolo domu majú zvieratá, čo je veľmi príťažlivé pre deti. Chodievali sme lyžovať na dedinský svah alebo na veľké strediská ako PLOSE a SELLA RONDA. Parkovanie je hneď pri penzióne. Ďakujeme, prídeme opäť.

Reviewed By Ania HWe didn't expect we gonna spend such nice time! Hosts are so warm, despite we had a little language barriere at the begining. breakfast were absolutely gorgeous. We felt so good. Our room was rather an apartment - two bedrooms, bathroom, dining room, kitchen, balcony. We could make diners/ supper by our own. Really great place!
