Once again Brix 0.1 lived up to my expectations. I had waited 2 years to come back to this magical place and again I was entranced by the location, atmosphere, attention to detail, the carefully executed epicurean experience and the attention of the amazing wait staff. Somehow I danced the whole night away on New Year's Eve and welcomed in the new year/day. We experienced both day and night meals in our 3 week visit to this beautiful town. Chiusa is a jewel of a place. Within this lovely town is another jewel however, the Grauer Bar (or Orso Grigio). The restaurant is large, split into several sections of which the terrace was our favourite. It is spotlessly clean and the people serving us were lovely guys and more than happy to help with anything we needed. But the most important thing in any restaurant is the food and my goodness, this was good. This was real food cooked with real passion and the taste was excellent (and it wasn't just my wife and I who thought so because all around people were polishing off their dishes with relish and it was quite clear to see everybody enjoying the experience). Top quality, great family run restaurant with friendly staff/owners. Thoroughly recommended.
