We had a wonderful meal here, in a relaxed environment, with great service. We had a selection of wines, all of which were great. I loved the amuse bouche and the smoked eel starter. Every mouthful of food was amazing, it was a special treat thanks to our parents.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a beautiful place in South Tyrol to spend your holidays or a weekend. This amazing-panorama mountain hotel provides plenty of possibilities: hiking, climbing (Schlern, Rosengarten …), mountain-bike, horse-riding, ice skating / swimming (Wolfsgrubener See), skiing (Rittner Horn). But you can also do window-shopping in Bozen (20km) or in Brixen (40km).The new house is simply beautiful and cozy. The delicious cuisine offers not only the traditional dishes but also other excellent alternatives. The hotel owners makes you feel at home, and after 1-day full of activities you´ll be in seventh heaven at the sauna. I simply adore this place!!

We were recently on a Viking cruise where the food was delicious, very good quality, and presented artfully. We have been to Castelrotto before and remember having good meals here, so we were excited to be returning to this charming quaint town. ZUM TURM was the best meal we have had in a very long time-better than Viking, and other high end restaurant’s. To make it more special they knew it was my husband’s birthday, a big one, by the way!! The wonderful staff decorated our table, even flowers and candles. Then they brought us complimentary champagne!!! We were so touched and it will leave a lasting memory. Our meals were delicious and presented beautifully on long narrow white plates. My husband had the venison and I had steak. His meat was very tender and the warm red cabbage delicious, as I tried both. My steak was cooked to perfection as were the fresh vegetables. Enjoyed the potato latkes as well. A variety of fresh breads were also brought to our table before ordering that were tasty, fun to try several types of bread. Always wonder why no one serves butter with bread though?! Of course the birthday boy had to have apple strudel for dessert which he said was wonderful. Thick with apples and a light crust that almost melted in your mouth..yes, I had a couple bites as well. Thankful we are staying for a few days so that we can return again this week. Highly recommend and the staff was very nice and accommodating. What a wonderful way to start our visit here in this charming village!!!

We booked for the Christmas Eve dinner, a set menu, and were asked to arrive at 7pm. The first course didn’t arrive until 8.10, then two more courses in quick succession, then a half hour wait, then another course hot on its heels. Currently debating whether to stay for the final two courses. People all around us are looking pissed off, as are we. It’s a disgrace.Dear Travellingpantaloni,Thank you very much for your feedback. It is very important to us to know our guests opinion in order to improve our services. We regret that you didn’t like the dinner. Probably there was a misunderstanding about the starting time of the dinner. We arranged the aperitif in our foyer on the 1st floor at 7pm as a get together, in order to serve all the guests at the same time during dinner. The dinner should have started at 7.45 pm, unfortunately not all guests were on time, that is why the start was delayed.I want to apologize in name of the entire team for the inconvenient situation and hope you will give us a second chance in order to convince you about the beauty of Parkhotel Laurin and the lovely attentions we all have for our guests. All the best,Martina BoscheriPR & Marketing
