Excellent food & excellent service. "The Legend" is a restaurant to try should you decide to visit Ostia, the Roman district by the sea.Please note, "The Legend" It's not easy to find; look carefully for the small entrance door when you get at "via Bocche di Bonifacio".I was taken there by a friend who lives in Ostia, as this place is well known by the locals. It's a small and welcoming venue offering a relaxing atmosphere and, above all, excellent food. Maurizio, the owner, walked us through the small but remarkable menu. Food was exquisite. The bill was reasonable. The experience was perfect. If you like fresh fish, you will love this place.

I found out about and booked this restaurant from trip adviser reviews before we left Ireland. We planned a day trip from rome to visit the Ancient ruins at Ostia and I wanted to book somewhere nice for our family to eat lunch. When it came to getting to the restaurant from the ruins we called to ask for directions and the incredibly nice owner and waitress came down to collect all 5 of us in their 2 cars and took us to their lovely restaurant which is about 7 mins from there in the countryside. When we entered we knew we had found something great as there were only large Italian families sitting enjoying lunch. No English speakers in sight which is always good!The menu is in Italian and so we asked the waitress to suggest some pasta to us as a main and anti pasta for starter - we had a really fabulous meal. My seafood pasta and gnocchi was divine. The staff were so lovely too - they handled our daughters food allergies very well. The kids are well catered for here as there is a super playground out front. We felt that we stumbled upon a special place here and world definitely recommend it. The price was very reasonable also.Dear Sir, dear Madam,was a real pleasure to welcome you to our restaurant and help you, just a little help, so you can reach without problems. I too have been many times in foreign countries and I remember with pleasure thousand anecdotes of great welcome from the people I met that make my memories only.There is a video that I shared on FB page of the restaurant to which we could all learn to inspire to live better. In a small road in the center of Ostia Molo Diciassette is a small cozy restaurant serving excellent seafood. The menu is limited but all what we had was of very high quality. Interesting wine selection, original list of desserts, service precise and quick. Definitely recommended.

romantic cena one of the best seafood dinners I have had in 14 years in Roma! romantic and lovely atmosphere, staff super nice, crudo was perfect, linguine with frutta di mare exceptional and location perfect! if you are looking for a romantic place where you eat fantastic go there!

We have try a lot of different Restaurants around Fiumicino and this is simply awful, se sentito est fisi And we Didn't.... The antipasto was 4 Deep fried Prawns over a Mustard... Pffff... After two pastas... Egg Noodles with 2 baby prawns( Literally 2) and small plate, after Gnocchi in a creamy sauce.... main course a little fillet of fish over 2Kg of Potatoes dry and without any seasoning.... Disgusting.... The service was ok... But we never gonna come back.... It's a waste of money to eat pasta... I will add some pictures .....
