Reviewed By rutgero2021We really enjoyed our stay! The site of the accommodation is amazing and the swimming pool is just perfect. Rooms are very big and contain everything we needed. Location is 15 minutes away from the centre of Parma and there is a lot to do nearby. The gentleman who runs the B&B is always there to help if you need it. Really recommended stay.

It retains a lot of its old charm in the ancient structure of the house but is also decorated with modern artworks. The rooms are big with adequate facilities. The beds are a bit too firm for my taste but otherwise, they are comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with several options. We also had a delicious homemade dinner prepared by the hostess.

Proprio di lato alla nostra abitazione, è nato nella primavera del 2015 il nostro nuovo agriturismo! Dalla vecchia stalla comunicante con la nostra abitazione abbiamo creato un luogo in armonia con il paesaggio che ci circonda e che ispira serenità e lentezza dei ritmi quotidiani. Il pavimento di legno di castagno (dei nostri boschi!) in tutte le stanze invoglia a camminare scalzi. Il riscaldamento a battiscopa (alimentato da una caldaia a legna) diffonde un calore sano ed uniforme. Il soffitto con travi a vista e velux scalda l'ambiente e lo illumina. Le pareti in sasso evocano ricordi del passato. All'ingresso vi è un grande soggiorno-sala da pranzo con libri, riviste, depliant turistici. Una cucina comune attrezzata è a disposizione degli ospiti oppure posso preparare la cena. Vi sono quattro camere doppie/triple con bagno, di cui una a piano terra con uscita sul giardino e accessibile a persone diversamente abili. Per la gioia dei bambini c'è una grande stanza dei giochi.

Podere Cristina is a farm house near Parma (Emilia Romagna, north-italy). The resort is nestled in the valley food (cheese, sausage, wine cellars, etc..). The farm house has a dining room (max 20 people) and a small riding to try horse riding in the countryside. Near us, about 100 mt, there is a B & B where you could stay overnight. You can book room of B&B with us.
Great location, disappointing food
Reviewed By 338elisanWe went to this restaurant to celebrate my son's first birthday with our extended family after the recommendation of a friend. The place is in a lovely location, overlooking the hills. Also, they have a farm with animals that the kids loved. The waiter, a young polite fellow, was very friendly and service minded however the food was really disappointing. Ham and cold cuts were nice quality but bread finished quickly and took a while to be replaced. Home made tortelli were bitter and hardly edible (also, they were so few that one would have been left with hanger also in case they had been cooked properly). Meat was nicely done. The worst of it all came when the owner of the restaurant showed up to complain because I had brought an home made cake for my son to respect our family tradition. Please notice that we were 10 people and got charged 40€ each to eat 5 starters, 9 pastas and 2 main courses plus 2 bottles of Franciacorta so surely they made enough money of us irrespective of the dessert. In summary: expensive, average food, total lack of courtesy definitely don't make up for the lovely location. Don't go!

Here you can eat the local salumi like prosciutto, culaccia , salami with the wonderful fried gnocco The restaurant also serves hand made pasta and ravioli with fresh ricotta and /or squash (delicious) , all the veggies and meat are from local farms ! Recommend!

Reviewed By StadskerelIn fact, Brugnola1932 is an animal rescue for a beautiful group of lucky animals. It also offers a vegan bed & breakfast with the option to eat there in the evening as well. It is located in the beautiful region of the Italian Appenines mountains in the Bardi area, province of Parma. The nature in the area is wild, full of walks connecting small villages. It was a much needed breath of fresh air for the lungs and the mind. Our dog was more than happy being there with us. Manuela and Gilberto use organic products of the area, as well as their own fruit and veggies. They reinvent traditional dishes of the Emilia Romagna and Tuscany areas taking it all to another, vegan level. Everything was delicious and made by heart: the gnocchi, the home made pasta and seitan, the burtleina, farinatas, crostatas, risottos, cole soups, an amazing roast, the desserts and a long etcetera. The mix and balance of flavours and herbs made us always curious what would be the next treat. We thank them with all our heart for the warm stay the three of us had at their place. I know we will meet again! Grazie per tutto!

The structure is placed between Hills (500 mamsl), near Neviano Degli Arduini (Parma), with every useful service (ATM, Emergency Room, etc...). Rooms are confortable and with plenty of natural light in an ancient county house, warm in winter and cool in summer. We've got a guided tours program, to visit and discover castles, churches and monuments in Parma.
A Welcoming Stay

From the hot tea upon arrival to the three course dinner and delicious breakfast before our early morning departure. Agriturismo Petrarosa just outside of Parma, Italy is a perfect respite. I highly recommend you and your establishment!
