Linate residence consists of: 2 Studios, Two-room apartment and a one bedroom apartment. Are completely new and all with kitchenettes.
unbelievable close to the airport
Reviewed By Stefano LLinate residence is very close to the airport. You can walk there and when time is short that is the most valuable commodity. Beside the rooms are renovated with spacious bathrooms. Staff is very friendly and very efficient.

Reviewed By PflastersteineThe good thing is, that the property seems to be quite new and the rooms were big enough and clean. The bad thing is, that my credit card was charged several days before we arrived!! I made reservations for 2 rooms since I traveled with business partners who always pay for themselves. But all rooms were charged on my credit card in advance and the receptionist refused to change anything!!!! The residence is very close to a busy road so traffic is extremely loud, sometimes you think they drive through your room.... The room is sold "with breakfast" wich is a farce. You have a littel coffee machine in Your room and You get cookies and a tiny piece of cockolate when You arrive. That's all!!!! Neither my colleagues nor I will ever again stay in this property again.

Our B & B is open from May 2015. Completely restructured is located in a typical Lombard Court in Sant'Agata Martesana - Cassina de'Pecchi, a small village in Milan county. The village is quiet and well connected to the center of Milan by the subway green line MM2 stop "Villa Pompea" The Bed & Breakfast has two mini-apartments with fully equipped kitchen. For those guests who will reach us by car, near the B & B there is free parking, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

He even picked us up at the metro station. Which is a 10-15 min walk. The room was very clean and orderd! Everything u needed was there, from the tools in the kitchen till the 4 extra blankets and pillows. I think the bathroom was renovated recently because it was very modern! For breakfast there was much choice, coffee, tea, orangejuice, milk, 2-3 flavours yoghurt, croissants, toast and what else!! Everything is getting refilled everyday! I would deffenetlu recomend this accomodation to everybody!

The apartments Flat 2015 are located in the immediate vicinity of the new exhibition center of Milan, only 5 minutes by car or 8 minutes by Bus, bus stop at 150 miters. Real apartments with all the amenities. Private bathroom, parking and wi-fi. Possibility to use kitchen. FLAT 2015 is an ideal solution for both business trips and for visiting Lombardy's main tourist attractions, thanks to its proximity to Milan's new exhibition centre, its main airports and motorway connections, as well as offering easy access to the underground metropolitan train network, which provides a direct ink to the city centre. Furthermore, Lakes Como and Maggiore are less than an hour away. Hospitality and courtesy await you far from the chaos of the city, guaranteeing you a pleasant and relaxing stay. Airport transfers, tours, excursions and restaurant reservations can also be arranged, as can a private transport service to the exhibition centre.
Bad experience
Reviewed By BennyBelle89Horrible experience. It's ok if there's no cooker, but in flat2015 there's absolutely nothing: no boiler, no bottles of water, no glasses, no microwave. You can't even warm something up for breakfast, plus it's in the middle of nowhere, you can't reach a cafe or a supermarket without taking your car. There's not even a table to sit down, the only thing you can do there is sleep and watch TV. The wifi connection is low, it's impossible to watch videos in streaming. Good aspects are that everything is new and clean, the toilet is perfect and the water is warm. Although nice, the owner is not accommodating. So, the flat has a good potential, but so far it's just an empty attic with 3 beds. Definitely not worth the €100 per night we spent.

Reviewed By Claudio GHorrible horrible nightmare place. Dont book. Called many times during the day as we were checking in late, our flight got delayed. They never answered, we left many messages. They bevet called us back. When we arrived around midnight, there's no reception a neighbour took us to the porter flat. He and his wife were very rude, couln't even speak italian or english. They wanted €50 to give me the keys and treated us to attack us if we didn't. Real nightmare! I challenged them and asked to call the police. At the end we just decided to take the family elsewere as felt very unsafe there. It's a scam don't book it's the worst place in Italy, stay away.

Perfect for a Monza GP trip

Lovely clean rooms and bathrooms and when we were arriving after reception closed I had a detailed email, with pictures, of how to get keys etc. It is a drive from the circuit so a car is needed but we got back in 25 mins even on race day! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a base for a visit to Monza!
