Its large grounds include a total of 3 swimming pools.Each apartment at the Principina Residence is modern and air conditioned. They feature a private entrance and a garden with table and chairs. Reviewed By Myra WThe Residenza Principina RTA was a poor choice for us during the off season as none of the facilities were open. Yet, in spite of only 4 of the 70 some units being used, they still put a noisy family right next to us. The cell service is bad out there and the internet was non-existent unless you went outside. Then it came and went. Their solution was to sit in their lobby. This was a working trip and that did not work for us. The kitchen was poorly stocked and the shower water pressure weak. Maintaining a constant temperature was also a challenge. The laundry was so filthy my wife refused to use it. We checked out after 2 days and found a lovely place nearby for the next 5 nights. We wish we had found the second place first.

Reviewed By dee_emmeA great little place! Family run, clean and quiet and every room has it's own little terrace area. There is wifi, but only in the bar. The breakfast, which is included in the room price, is DELICIOUS. Coffee of choice and various pastries, which I believe are house made. You don't get to choose the pastries, but they bring enough to the table and it's all amazing. The family are all really friendly and helpful. Location is a little out of the way, but not bad. We came for a last minute kite surf trip and it's about 10 min away from quaint town of Talamone and the surf spot. The hotel was quiet away from any kind of noise, but the beds/pillows aren't the most comfortable. Other than that, nothing negative to say. Would definitely recommend staying here if you don't mind a 5-10 min drive to the beach/touristy areas.

The farmstay is nestled between the vineyards of Tuscany not far from the beautiful Val d' Orcia. The estate consists of rooms and apartments furnished with beamed ceilings and wooden floors. Here you can use free Wi-Fi service and satellite TV . The agritourism has a covered parking, garden with umbrellas and pool. In the morning you can have breakfast in the courtyard overlooking the waterfall pool. Breakfast is included in the price.

Reviewed By Leoni VWe have visited this place once before and absolutely fell in love!! The stunning panoramic views of Tuscan countryside is breathtaking. I cannot fault this place at all!! If you are looking for an inclusive get away, peace and quiet this is the place to go. Nothing but the relaxing sounds of birds and the trickle of water coming from your private infinity pool. You can do as much or as little as you want too. But you must hire a car to visit this place,everywhere is a drive away if you wanted to go to the beaches, or visit other towns in the area. But this makes a fantastic road trip! The views while driving are incredible. The whole place is set around beauitful vineyards and Olive trees. You can go wine tasting, which I would highly recommend. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and nothing is ever too much. They cater beyond your needs. This family run business is a hidden gem!! A must see place!! We are now planning our wedding here. :)

Reviewed By Magda FThe hotel is ok. You can go in any time although check in must be done before 23. We were in a bedroom of 4 which was very spacious, the quality of some beds could be better. The hotel was quiet and breakfast quite good and varied.

Reviewed By Kate BCannot be beaten for access to the Saturnia Terme. Staff were very friendly and made checking in and out a breeze. Breakfast was good. The room however (ground floor next to the breakfast room) needs some work. It was noisy in the morning, hot and the mattress should be thrown out. Air conditioning in Tuscany in July is really a must.

La Casa di Bianca is located in the center of Follonica, just steps from the sea and pine forests, in Via Cristoforo Colombo 25. Recently renovated, it is on three floors, has 4 tastefully furnished rooms and feature a theme color (blue, orange, green, purple). E 'tastefully furnished and consists of: living room, 4 double rooms with TV, heating and air-conditioning separate bathrooms and a shower, hairdryer, set of towels. We have a kitchen (no gas) in which there is a machine for coffee cartridges and hot drinks, common living room with sofa and TV, and finally an exclusive courtyard for our guests. The kitchen leads to a private courtyard characterized by orange and lemon trees where you can have your relaxing. The sea is just 300 meters away and in no time you can reach both the public beach that is equipped. Along the way you will see the pinewood, a true haven of relaxation in the shade for adults and children. Given the location in the city center, we are close to every type of service and utility: the train station, restaurants, pastry bar, laundry, banks, post offices and tobacco.

Reviewed By LaivakoiraThis stay saved us! We had booked at a different location, which turned out to leave us hanging with the promoted transportation. So we were on a highway trying to hitchhike for a long time, in the middle of nowhere with no public transportation or taxis around. This sweet lady picked us up and drove us to another place in the center of Fonteblanda. This was it. The rooms have a pleasing bed, fridge, closet and a small tv. For the price of a hostel bunkbed, this was a delight. The ocean is only a walk away, so is the train station. There's an option to mountainbike the natural park and the owner loaned us his bikes for free, 'cause this was off-season and it was getting more quiet.

Our farm is also located near the Maremma Park also known as the Park 'Uccellina, where you can' enjoy a real holiday with nature Maremma.
