Horrible, no key card and bad service
Reviewed By theob329Booked last minute to get a one night stay. At arrival called Urban Homy servicedesk and they remotely opened all doors, to let me in to the apartment. The lady told me: you can find the key cards on the table. But unfortunately there was no key card. Also the apartment smelled terrible, due to people intensively smoked inside. The lady told me to be patient and she should organize a key. After half an hour, I called her again but still nothing organized. Due to the missing key, I also didn't had access to the bath room. After one hour called again and she asked me to search again, since the key should be in the room. But nothing was there and she didn't really had an idea how to solve the issue. She told me to be patient, while they were working on a solution. I lost my patience and cancelled the booking and left the apartment. Of course due to late cancellation, I had to pay the full amount

Reviewed By abxyz2015Very kind and helpful staff. Pleasant hotel with a great location - near the beach, near the center of the town, in a pedestrian area, on the small square with big trees. Our 4-bed room was furnished practically (I only missed some chair inside, but two foldable ones were on the balcony :)), quite large balcony, minibar, air-conditioner. Very clean hotel; everyday cleaning of the room was perfect. Breakfast (included in price) was simple but tasty, breakfasts on the shaded front garden were great. Parking before the hotel for a while was possible, parking during the stay was arranged not far from the hotel (payed extra). Wi-Fi only in the hall. We were very happy there and we are willing to come back next year.

Reviewed By Bibite80Great, quiet location, 100 meters to beach. The hotel is very nice, with friendly and helpful staff also very clean. The rooms are simple but enough for sleeping though. Great location, very close to the old town, just a 7 minutes walk. Nice breakfast and service.

Reviewed By Csaba KEverything was OK. Near to the sea and the beach (not free). The public (free) beach is 10 minutes on foot and that is the better one (there are many trees). The bar was OK. The WIFI was OK. We had an equipped kitchen. There was no freezer in the kitchen. The parking area was a bit tight.

Reviewed By zool42Very friendly and helpful owner. The hotel in great location and you can park in the hotel which is very good. After checking out, we were able to leave the car in the parking lot for a few more hours while we were walking around town. Well equipped apartments.

Reviewed By ilovethebeach_10We only stayed here for 1 night and that’s definitely not long enough. Everything about this B&B was perfect (except minor mold at caulk in the shower). The room was immaculate, very nicely furnished. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, pillows too. Sliding door to changing area with closet and another sliding door into the bathroom. These walls are sound proofed! Our room was on the ground floor and walked out onto our own private yard. Our bathroom window overlooked the vineyards in the valley. Breakfast was amazing. Super fresh and delicious. There’s a buffet, served quite elegantly, in the the dining room. Great coffee, great omelette.

The rooms are around a pretty courtyard where we had breakfast, right next to the restaurant. Could be perfectly quiet if it weren’t for the loud generator or aircon unit that comes on intermittently. So close your windows at night - the aircon in the room works well and is quiet. Location is a bit off the beaten track but we enjoyed exploring Grado and Gorizia from the Lokanda (by car)
