2 adults/2 kids, we ate here on two occasions, food was excellent, probably the best we had in our two week stay in the area. Excellent quality, pizzeria also attached.No English menu is available and the staff don't speak English generally so bring a translator, wi-fi is available in the restaurant. TIP: Menu is available on their website so you could decode in advance. http://www.trattoriaferretto.it/menu.htmlFood is typical Tuscan, can particularly recommend the beef and shellfish starters.At the weekend we were lucky to get a table, would recommend booking in advance.

There has been only a few restaurants in my life which I did remember.... This is one of them. A few years a go i have been here and it was really outstandingly good..... Now finally I managed to explain to my local friend and business partner again the place and we have been back...... This is from another worlds food and the wines are as well selected as the food.. The gnocchi with nuts sauce and truffles, the Tagliatelle with truffles and and and.... I need to stop writing because I get hungry again.... Go there and eat....... I ate my heart out

I grew up here and this guy Marco was a beginner! Every time I go back home in vacation now I have to go to this place for a slice of focaccia filled with ham and mozzarella!It is a must ! And I can say that Marco became a really pro!Very nice choice of beer for a fair price.Looking forward to have another slice!

Excellent unpretentious food, large quantities, but cooked to perfection - fresh. The staff are incredibly friendly, and whether it's the hostess' husband's connection with the wine trade, but the wine is fabulous. Beautiful Sara- the owners daughter is a delight! Small family-owned and managed restaurant just off the piazza, very close to the beautiful Medici bridge in Ponte a Cappiano. Booking is strongly recommended. I ate here for lunch and for dinner (opens at 8PM). It is not a restaurant, it is a truly osteria. This is the place for proper, real, local food. At lunch 3 pasta/soup choices and 3 meat/fish choices + desserts, at dinner 1 antipasto toscano (very yummy and rich starter), 3 pasta/soup choices, 4 meat/fish choices + desserts.A special merit goes to the very good pasta. A lot of restaurants use precooked pasta. Here you will eat the real thing! And note the difference!The soups are delicious! I never ordered wine, so I don't know about it.So, lovely meals and a nice surprise with the bill...

The cafe had only been open a few weeks but we could tell it will be there for a long time. It is a family business that makes you feel like part of their family. Great food and of course great local wines. Alice's knowledge of english was a great help and she was so welcoming. This cafe made Fucecchio one of our favorite places in Italy.

We stumbled upon Ganzo on our way to our hotel, and we are so glad we decided to stop by! Great service (we had a nice chat with Alessandro, thanks for your recommendations on what to order). And the food was delicious. We had the tagliatelle al uovo with truffles, burgers and pizzas, it was all excellent. It was before Christmas so a lot of families and large groups of people having a great time.Dear Elsa,Many thanks for taking the time to review our restaurant.
