La professionalità del Sig. Alfredo, (non di meno la simpatia) la gentilezza e i preparati della Signora Maria in uno con la qualità dei prodotti, sono un connubio al limite della perfezione. Quello che mi ha colpito la prima volta che sono entrato in questo locale è la pulizia degli ambienti e degli strumenti utilizzati dal Sig. Alfredo. Poco da dire sui prodotti di altissima qualità , sia nazionali (alcuni prodotti toscani sono il plus ultra) sia Siciliani. Vedere poi il Sig. Alfredo al lavoro per me è sempre un piacere. Mio unico rammarico appunto è il fatto che ci vado raramente. Per mia fortuna però quasi ogni giorno mia moglie acquista i prodotti della Tradizioni e Sapori. Da consigliare assolutamente.

We were hungry after taking the Circumventa Train round Etna. We were two veggies and two meat eaters. Nowhere else was open on and Easter weekend and then we stumbled upon Angus. Sat outside and ate a number of good and great dishes. Pasta a la Norma was great, my steak well cooked and tender. The bread basket is amazing and the house wine is good too. Good and attentive serivice. It was only at this point that we realised the name of this restaurant is the Angus Steak House! We never asked why, but rest assured it is much better than its namesake in the UK.

Buon ristorante, situato in una viuzza adiacente la principale piazza storica di Paternò. Il ristorante si presenta abbastanza pulito e ordinato. La cucina ha pienamente soddisfatto sia per qualità e, soprattutto, per quantità . Efficiente e professionale il servizio ai tavoli. Un po' poco illuminate le sale, ma in questo influisce negativamente la collocazione del locale.
