Not worth it
Reviewed By sergiobuonannoThe resort is a 3 star and it honestly doesn’t deserve more. The staff is really kind (with the exception of the director that behaved really impolitely in one occasion with other guests for really futile matters). The swimming pool is not always clean (late in the afternoon is almost always fool of dead insects) and the small house we were accommodated needed maintenance (toilet paper support broken, wc seat poorly fixed) not speaking about the boiler, so small that 2 or 3 of us had to take cold showers every day. It was clearly undersized for 5-6 guests. The bushes around the house needed to be trimmed and we had an invasion of ants. The air conditioner was almost useless during the hottest days and the tiles of the terrace in front of the house are of such a poor quality that they become really slippery when wet and in fact I fell and needed medication after I cleaned the surface to get rid of the ants. We travelled in 6 and they gave us 1 beach umbrella and 2 sun beds in a very narrow and overcrowded beach… a couple of times near the garbage bins… with a few garbage bags of the previous day that nobody had disposed around us …. and there is no parking that belongs to the resort (even if the travel agency stated they have some), you have to find a spot on the public street… not always an easy task.

Great just too many additional costs
Reviewed By SupertrampFlooks nice, the small pool is a nice plus at the end of a long day at the beach, similar at the pictures so can very much advise for families but while i completely understand the need to pay more to use the bbq, i feel it is exaggerated to ask as well 30 euros a week for the washing machine.. the baby coat was also 30 euros a stay (while free in other places we usually stay), bref a lot of additional costs that didn't seem so obvious when booking...

Excellent location and a true boutique hotel experience
Reviewed By Gbar4288The Place is located in a quiet back street close to all the main attractions of Cagliari. It is only a short walk to the citadel, there are many excellent restaurants a few minutes walk away and most guided tours outside the city start from Piazza Yenne, less than 5 minutes away. There is also a supermarket nearby. This is a beautifully refurbished old house in Stampace so the bedrooms are large and have 2 balconies overlooking the quiet streets below. The bathrooms are well set up. On the other hand there is nowhere to set up a full breakfast room (there is a fresh coffee station and comfortable sitting area) so breakfast is taken in a nearby cafe no more than 5 minutes walk away. Enrico, the host, is a very helpful, friendly and accommodating man in every aspect of one’s stay. We stayed for a week and had absolutely no issues with the venue.

Reviewed By 513daviderGreat boutique hotel with an unique charm. The location is great, very central and full of lovely little restaurants to have some lovely food lunch or dinner. The hotel is very spacious, beautiful clean rooms with a great attention to detail. The host is really welcoming and made us feel really special. The breakfast is also delicious and has a great variety, from croissants to fresh fruit, from eggs and cheese. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the main attractions and must see places as well as the main shopping area. For parking the train station is about 10 euros a day, and is only few minutes walk. Again, great place to stay for your Cagliari trip!

Reviewed By MamboM77Very appalling experience. The air-conditioner was leaking, the towels old and broken, rusty shower, bed sheets and blankets very consumed and not cleaned. We showed the owner (the son’s owner actually) the problems incurred but he basically didn’t care and answered very impolitely. He only told us few lies about the fact that the air-conditioning is “normally” leaking on your head and on the floor cause it’s hot outside, he added that the towels were “mistakenly” added to our rooms (same things are reported in other reviews..) etc. Attention because they have cats that enter the building! My wife is allergic.. We ran away only after the first night because we did not want to sleep in the car but the next day we found another accommodation. Unfortunately we anticipated the whole money when we booked and of course the owner refused to at least refund one night for the inconveniences. The only positive things are the outside garden, well maintained for the cats lovers, the fact that they offer a car park inside the property and the proximity to the old town.

Excellent place to stay
Reviewed By Gerhard KA great place to stay for enjoying both Cagliari and Sardegna. Spacious room with comfortable bed and bathroom. Excellent wifi, airco, fridge, tv and mood lights. Our room even had a nice little terrace to it. Additional equip and services in a comfi central area. Lovely support on any question or issue simply via whatsapp. Stylish small breakfast at luxury bakery down the road. so really an EXCELLENT place to stay.

Reviewed By JanaZCThe room was nice, modern looking, the balcony was nice, but overlooking the freeway, so one couldn't use it. The bathroom was also modern, but the shower was full of mould in corners. The AC worked well, bit noisy, but if you switched it off, you could hear the cars all the time. This place is close to the airport and was OK for one night, but I wouldn't want to stay here for longer.

Not Luxurious at all!
Reviewed By Tania FWe stayed in one of the apartments in at was once a hotel that is now sold as an apartment, where it shouldnt be. The apartment didnt have electrical capacity to take all the appliances that were in there, so for example if we had the air conditioning on you could not turn the oven on as the power would go off. To add to that we had to go everytime this happened to the electrical room and to a reset to the electrical panel, we found ridiculous how we were allowed this room as for health and safety if anything went wrong who would take responsibility (we had to go in this room once/twice per day) The pool had no water, so the so advertised pool facilities is totaly misleading. If we knew this before we would never have book this place. Super expensive for nothing!

The room we booked actually turned out to be a very large suite. Super clean, nice grounds and pool area. The one thing that really stood out here was the EXCELLENT service. Veronica was super helpful with all of our questions... about activities, restaurants...etc. She also helped me out with translating a parking ticket I got - super kind and really made us feel welcome.
