Passed on cycle out & looked good & prices reasonable. Just a pizza each (expecting a 6") as â¬7.50 & some chips please. Well eyes popped out head at this delicious enormous pizza that was presented to us. Great coffee bargain â¬1.50 too. Other diners food looked absolutely delicious & plentiful. Recommend if you in vicinity.

Perfect for warm summer lunches and dinners al fresco, in a courtyard setting dating fron 1715. The gnocchi with local cheese, and the pasta dishes with wild mushrooms were very good. Interesting pizza and desert menu too. The chef is capable, and his family willing and friendly if not super-formal or professional. Very modest bill

Lina and Rob, UK: We have just returned from 7 day stay at this lovely hotel in the tranquil area of Tignale, Lake Garda.Wonderful small hotel, perfectly clean, fabulous location but the best is the amazing service and friendliness we received from the family who run this hotel. Professional, discreet yet still managing to make you feel at home.The hotel has undergone extensive renovation, beautifully done. There is a small spa (all included in the price!) which we used and was perfect. There is private parking and located centrally in Gardola.The food, wow! Unbelievably good, all freshly cooked and very reasonably priced. The booking process via their webpage was very efficient too. So book and go... You will not be disappointed. Thank you Albergo Castello!

"Ristorante da Guido" is an excellent restaurant located in Campione Del Garda in front of Garda Lake, near town square. Service is very good, full dishes, fresh fishes and smart owner Guido and hostess. Chef is very technical he has attention to details.

Had a nice meal here with my husband. It was very busy but the service was good. I had mushroom tagliatelle while he had a pizza. We also shared delicious tiramisu. I was very disappointed with the lack of seafood options. Overall a nice place if you want Italian food minus a variety of fish.

I had been a few miles away for many years in the summers but had never been to this restaurant till friends invited me for dinner there. It was definitely not Michelin star quality but for a typical neighborhood restaurant, the service was good, the food was good and the location is great with lovely views of the Lake. I would recommend this if you don't feel like eating at home one night and prefer to have a not too expensive home cooked style food.

This place is listed as vegetarian friendly, however I wouldn't say that only offering one potential main course option was overly friendly (unless you can convince the person you're with to also have the veggie risotto, as this dish needs a minimum of two orders for them to make it).However, saying that, there were a few veggie starter options, and the one veggie main that they did offer (pasta in creamy truffle sauce) was really nice. I also opted for the salad for starter, which came with really tasty chunks of cheese.All in all, throughout the entire week at Lake Garda, we were disappointed that we didn't have any amazing dishes, but this was one of the best, and certainly the best we had in Gardola (where we ate most evenings).

The food and service provided by Valerio and his team is faultless. The mushroom risotto is simply to die for, fantastic coking and flavours, it's worth going just for this dish. We had several meals here and each was faultless, supported by a nice bottle of local wine.Hi Gary,thank you for your review, it's always nice to meet you in Villa.
