Reviewed By 537johniOur stay with the studio vita team was great, with a very informative agent greeting us to hand us the keys to our apartment. Valerio handed us a map and a great summary of places to go and eat and see in Bologna. The accommodation was amazing, with very good amenities and a spacious and comfortable living space. On the last day, they allowed us to leave our luggage with them the whole day. Finally, we were struggling to find taxis to the airport in the evening after check out and the team found us two taxis so quickly and gave us clear instructions on where to wait and how long the taxis would be. It was so over and above, which was greatly appreciated.

Reviewed By giornataestivaUna notte passata al centro di Bologna, un bellissimo palazzo proprio sotto alle due Torri...la vista infatti merita proprio, così come la posizione, proprio vicino a tutto, io personalmente ho aperto un po' la VELUX fatto una bella doccia fresca e una bellissima dormita. Unica pecca la mattina la lavanderia industriale alle 6.40 ha scaricato le lenzuola pulite, purtroppo proprio davanti alla nostra camera e si è sentito del rumore, però capisco le dinamiche del lavoro,quindi poi una buonissima colazione al bar di sotto, poi di nuovo in giro. Complimenti per il vostro lavoro e se ci sarà l'occasione torneremo...Bologna è bellissima.

3 renewed apartments in 1880 old stone house: one 2+2 persons, one 4+2 persons one 6+2 persons, 3 apartments in wood house, all 4+1 persons, country side very quite, train station at 10 km, possibility of horse riding, mountain bike, walking.The farm has animals, lot of space for kids, near to forest, plenty of wildlife. Pool is 140 cm deep, also little pool for kids (30 cm deep)Free use of wood oven/ grill for making pizza or Bbq. Free use of real Finnish sauna (with wood stove). Possibility to have pizza and bread making cooking courses.Distance to Florence is 70 km , to Bologna is 40 km, easily reachable with train. Free internet wi/fi, wash machine. Central heating by gas or also wood stove with glass to see the fire.

Reviewed By BLESNEHorrible experience. We had booked for 11 days and fled after 3 hours on site. The site as a whole and the accommodation were very poorly maintained. Here are some of the complaints - complete messy site - a caravan on the site - repair of the swimming pool with expensive foam - pool vacuum cleaner lying along the pool - sauna in disrepair - covered terrace filled with a pile of wood with an old boxer punching bag hanging in the middle - exterior tiling (path and terrace) broken everywhere - a very old faded pizza oven full of cobwebs for barbecue - used fools, raclettes,… hanging out on our terrace and at 2-3 other places on the site. - bathroom and kitchen accommodation (dust, crumbs in kitchen drawers, hair in the shower and on the toilets) - toilet flushing worked very badly (you had to press several times) - shower: cold water or a fine stream of boiling hot water. - shower (with curtain) 30cm from the toilet - Broken towel rail - very dirty and shabby terrace table. very fragile bench - beer capsules on the terrace - faded living room table and sofa - as a coffee machine: an Italian coffee maker - 3 bedrooms but 2 communicating (you have to go through one to access the second ... not very intimate !!) -… The many positive reviews are old or certainly come from very, very undemanding travelers

Reviewed By chakawesleyApartment 5 was well Located close to centre. Rooms although quite small were adequate clean and secure. We found the 80 stairs a bit tiring however the owner was welcoming. Slight misunderstanding was i booked the two bedroom and at the time we thought there would be 2 adults but decided to go with family so there were 4 adults. This incurred an additional 120 euros. Overall the flat was fine and as recommended we tried a local restaurant Franco Rossi which was the highlight of our stay. Hope to return again however need a lower floor next time.

Reviewed By 201rosiehMy friend and I stayed in 4 Star Apartments for 2 nights and could NOT fault the place! The apartment was really clean, had everything we needed and really comfy beds! Not forgetting the great coffee machine in the room and free laundry facilities. Due to Covid we did not meet the lovely Valentina or Silvia, but they were on hand via whatsapp 12-8pm every day to answer all of our questions and gave us great recommendations for dinner! (If you are vegetarian I can not reccomend Clorofilla restaurant any more, it was beautiful!) Also it was super easy to access the apartment with great communication via email from the beginning of booking our stay. 4 Star is close to the park and city and my friend and I absolutely loved our stay here! Shower was wonderful, super safe (shutters on windows) and it was really quiet in the evening. Book a stay here, you will not regret it! Thankyou so much 4 Star!!!

FRONT CENTRAL STATION!! The property recently opened, offers luxurious studio apartments furnished with large living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom and terrace. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, with top-notch facilities and fully equipped kitchen, complete with fridge, freezer and microwave. Each apartment has a breakfast room, air conditioning, safe, linen (sheets, towels, tablecloths), wi-fi, tv led both in the day and in the sleeping area, microwave, coffee machine and kettle set complimentary toiletries, professional hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The rooms are spacious and bright. Also in the building is a parking garage with rates from 16/22 € a day. The strategic position, (for direct connection to and from the airport) a few steps from the historical center, allows you to experience the city during the day and at night, ideal for workers and families on vacation at any time of year.

Reviewed By Gerard RTwo minutes walking from Bologna train station, nice minisuite appartment. Very simple electric cooking (two plates) but it works. Some sounds may cross the walls to and from other appartments. Not too hefty. 15 minute walking from centre of centre. Museum of modern art (includes Georgio Morandi Museum at present): 10 minute walk.

Great location but noisy!
Reviewed By Jan RWe had a lovely small room with a private bath & little fridge in a 4 room apartment. The room was clean and bright and there was a small communal kitchen to use within the apartment. There was no coffee pot available but there was coffee to use. We could not figure out how to use the stove so we resorted to using the microwave to cook our eggs. All the major sights in town were within walking distance for us. We left the window open at night as it was quite warm weather and the air conditioner was not yet available. We heard a lot of noise at night with the traffic going by and some party people. That was really the only downside of this accomodation.

Reviewed By Nadia AIo e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale, luminoso con le zanzariere alle finestre, pulito, spazi ben distribuiti, il soggiorno/entrata è diviso dalla camera con una parete, la cucina è attrezzata con piano cottura a induzione ed è a scomparsa, c'è la macchinetta del caffè nespresso, in bagno c'è la lavatrice, il phon, gli asciugamani, non ho visto lo stendino e avrebbero fatto comodo delle mensole o degli appendini in più. Proprio sotto al condominio c'è il garage coperto . La sig.ra Paolina è stata gentilissima . La distanza dal centro è circa 2 km e si passa da strade principali, la zona è tranquilla in quanto l'appartamento è situato in un complesso di condomini con giardino
