We were a group of 12, just arrived in Bari and we had our first lunch at Gola. The restaurant was fully booked but they tried to find a place for us, we had an apetizer meanwhile they prepare the set up.for our table. The food was very good and the service amazing. It was a very warm welcome in Italy for our New Year roadtrip. I recommend the place and we hope to come back.Tnx so much. You where a nice and patient Group.It was a real pleasure to host you in our place.We wish you all the best for the new Year.SalutiMaurizio.

Bel posto Attività situata in posizione strategica, bellissima location. Personale affabile cordiale e disponibile ( oltre che di bella presenza) la cantina liquori è di alto livello, come del resto tutto l' entourage. La caffetteria e la pasticceria sono di ottima qualità . Insomma tappa obbligata più che consigliata per chi passa da qui!!

We were referred by he local gelato place to go to this new restaurant that had just opened two weeks prior. We had the most amazing meal. We couldnât read any Italian so we asked our host if he would just bring us good things. Small plate after small plate arrived and we gobbled down everything he brought us. My mom said it was the best breakfast/lunch she had ever had in her entire life! Of course, the next day we went back for for and tried all kinds of new things from the menu! It was absolutely amazing food. Everything is locally grown, the fish locally caught and the owner said that when you use the best quality ingredients, it is easy to make delicious food. He was too modest!

We were taken to this gem for a Cena by our cousin that lives in Palo.He did the ordering--we had a sampling of a dozen antipasti that were creative, different and outstanding, such as , ricotta,buffalo mozzarella, grilled octopus, capicolla,and many other wonderful dishes. The main course, we shared an array of grilled meats that's served on a hot plate--veal sausages, pork sausages, filet mignon,lamb chops,etc. All cooked to perfection.For desert, we had the house special--a ricotta filled sorta with chocolate topping -- never had anything like it before.They offered us a complimentary sampling of six liquors, which was a great touch.The building is over 100 years old and it had some interesting characteristics. The service was efficiently attentive.A great dining experience.

The location is absolutely breathtaking, the chef is outstanding and extremely creative, the service impeccable with NYC high standards (very rare to find in Italy).We came all the way from the US to celebrate my nephew's baptism, and we had one of the best time ever. Unforgettable experience. We'll be back for sure!

Leggo molte recensioni positive in merito a questo locale ma la mia esperienza è stata pessima.Appena arrivati ci hanno fatto subito accomodare portandoci in tempi brevi le bevande da noi richieste.Inizialmente avevo scelto un filetto di manzo, poi ho cambiato idea su suggerimento del cameriere prendendo un filetto di anatra.Fin qui tutto bene, poi ?Poi abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di 70 minuti per ricevere i piatti da noi ordinati.à vero che il sabato bisogna aspettare in qualsiasi locale ma così tanto no !!In più con una flotta di personale !Arrivato il mio piatto, volevo solo uccidermi !!!Il filetto con costo di 15⬠era composto da 2 bocconcini di carne alquanto piccoli e stopposi con nessun accostamento interessantePensavo fosse uno scherzo e invece....Per il resto locale carino e moderno con vasta scelta tra primi e secondi sia di mare che di terra, panini , piadine , insalate,pucce , tutte a prezzi alti,Sembra di stare a piazza San Marco a Venezia .Ma state scherzando ???

Sono stato con la mia ragazza in questa pizzeria rientrando dalle vacanze estive nella splendida Puglia. Ci siamo recati presso la pizzeria di Giuseppe che si presenta davvero con uno stile molto curato ed attento al vero Mood della pizza napoletana. Abbiamo ordinato una Margherita ed una panna, prosciutto e mais. Pizze spaziali!!! Come se le avessimo mangiate nella migliore pizzeria napoletana. Ingredienti di ottima qualità ! Giuseppe è davvero una persona straordinaria, disponibile e sempre col sorriso. In più, è giusto dire che i costi sono davvero contenuti e con quello che si spende, vi assicurate la qualità assoluta. Infine, cosa importante, i bagni sono molto pulito! Cosa più unica che rara. Ci rivedremo presto, da Napoli! Un caro saluto!

If you are not Italian and want to experience la dolce vita up close come to this family restaurant to experience it. Authentic local food and wine but the real show will be all the happy locals with their children. You will never want to leave. Reserve for Saturday night!

We booked at this restaurant for a dinner with friends. We got really impressed by the fancy location, as well as by the courtesy of the staff.We tasted several appetizers and 2 different main courses. Every plate was introduced and well described by the waiter Davide. We loved every single thing we tried, it was all delicious and cooked to perfection.Don't forget to try the dessert (we particularly appreciated the "cannolo scomposto" and the "baked peach" with a smoked aftertaste which was truly amazing!)Definitely worth trying and highly recommended if you want to try genuine italian food with a classy twist.Good quality to price ratiothanks so much !!! ;-)
